There's not much we can say.  Low-cost amenities, but adequate.  Everything worked.  The bed was comfortable.  It had a light outside the room that was so bright we kept thinking it was time to wake up, so we didn't sleep quite as well as we would if we were used to that.
Of course, no coffee or breakfast offered.  C19 is a great excuse to reduce services to the guests (read as "safe on cost").

Convenient, Reasonably-Priced

Stayed here 2 years in a row but this year when we made reservations a month in advance when we arrived they said they didn't have our reservation. Manager said he just took over a week ago. NOT TRUE!!! when we returned home I called and asked to make a reservation and had some questions. When I asked how long he had been manager of this establishment he said 3 years. Observing while in Summerville there were many construction workers at this motel. We assume they gave our reservation to them so they could all stay together. Fine but they had our phone number and could have called us. Not let us wait til we got ther and had to find another 25 miles away

This is the worst hotel...  We had WiFi the first night but no WiFi the rest of the stay.. We were here for 4 nights... Called the office and were given the run around.. Clearly whomever runs this hotel/motel does not care about their guests... There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... We will NEVER stay here again

Worst Customer Service

My husband and I chose this hotel at last minute. We needed to rest before going any further on our trip. The hotel was nice. Looked somewhat new. Cost $65.50 after taxes. This room was very clean, smelled nice. The smell is important.  Beds were firm but comfortable.  Microwave. Fridge. 4 cup coffee pot. Channel list for the TV.  Hairdryer,  ironing board.  This hotel was a pleasant surprise.  Recommended to anyone.  

PLEASENTLY SURPRISED 

This is a dated hotel, but very well maintained. No breakfast in the morning. There are plenty of places close by to choose from for a meal. The best one is across the street. 
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. 
I will stay here again if I am up that way. 

Looking for a motorhome

I was traveling alone on my two wheel machine, and needed a place for the night in Summerville.  This place had a room for $55 plus tax. It isn't going to wow you from looking at it, as it is a basic two story small mom and pop type motel.  The room had a king size bed and a small sofa, microwave and fridge, plus a fold up portable bed (didn't need it but was in the room), and bathroom.  Very large comfortable room. Free continental breakfast that I didn't eat, because I wanted a hot breakfast from the restaurant across the street.  Well lit place, so you can feel safe getting into your room from your car.  Bathroom was clean, nice countertops, bathroom supplies on hand (except out of tissues)  towel size okay, (not the best but again remember the price) and instant hot water for the shower with really  good water pressure.  Small things like cigarette burns on the comforter (in a non smoking room) and the other items in the room just a bit dated, but for $55 come on, this was better than okay!  Grocery store next door,in the same parkling lot so easy access to anything you need.  Also Jim's Family Restaurant across the street is an easy walk (dangerous because they don't have a safe crosswalk situation), but still easy to walk across and get a meal.  Also a bit noisy as it sits right next to the street.  I would stay here again no question about it and for that price, it is hard to beat.

A good stay for the price!

I was in town for a corvette gathering and spent the night here.  Even though it isn’t one of the name brand hotels it was very nice, clean and very reasonably prices.  The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.  There’s an Ingles grocery next door and several eateries within walking distance.  Also CVS pharmacy if needed.
I would stay here again without hesitation should the need arise.

Nice place to stay

Very good value for money. Comfy bed, air con and even a triangular shaped jacuzzi bath (in room 201)!

A fair bit of noise from Highway 48 but all in its a good deal. 

Good service too - when I left my wash-bag behind we were soon phoned so I could go back to retrieve it.

The first room was nasty black mold on shower curtain, nasty desk chair that need thrown away, stains on bed spread and sheets, spider and its web on bed pillows, ripped bath towel, room was disgusting. we moved to another room it was better but still had issues don't think carpet has ever been cleaned my feet turned black from being barefoot in room, no bath tub drain plug, very wide crack in door you could see day light big enough for bugs or mice to come in room, worst stay at a hotel in my life never again always cabins for me in future. almost forgot breakfast to me is more that a sweet roll and coffee but don't think i could have ate anything they offered.
