Cleaning lady’s do a nice job tho. 
Over price tbh. 200 rooms no washer dryer smh.   

They could do better if they stop being cheap. 

My wife and I spent one night in this hotel on Feb 8th. Upon arrival the woman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We checked into room 177 and on entering the room we found it very clean and modern. Appeared to be recently renovated. The property out side was also in good condition. I had two complaints with the room. 1/ there were no USB outlets in the room which is apparent in most hotel/ motel,rooms there days. Here is the bad part.. the shower. The ceiling had not been properly sealed and the plaster and tape was falling off. Next there appeared to be black mould in the corners if the tub surround. I’m not saying it was black mould because I am not an expert but it looked like black mould. Other than that the room , staff and the stay was great. One more thing. There is no continental breakfast.

Nice hotel but it has some repair issues.

Nice hotel in a convenient location that is within proximity to Interstate 10. My family stayed for a two day trip (1/26/18 to 1/28/18).  We enjoyed a clean up to date room along and good customer service.

Perfect for the Ocassion

Only stayed for one night for work.The hotel was right off the interstate which was nice. Looked fairly new and the room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful but I checked in late so I only saw the night desk clerk

Decent quiet hotel

The baton rouge flood of 2016 affected us and as a result we had to live at this hotel while our house is being repaired. First off, would like to say the clerks were helpful and provided the best service. the rooms were fairly decent but with contract workers coming and going they tend to leave trash outside of the facility which brings creatures into your room. However, when I addressed it the clerks took care of it. My reason with this review is about the owners of this hotel. They are the rudest, most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Instead of talking to me like a professional they yelled and threatened my family. We at no point yelled or talked to them in that manner. I am so glad I have taught my kids class because these two people truly lack it. They have no business being in business. They do not now how to talk to the customers that spend money at their establishment. If I would have known they were so nasty, I would have taken my money elsewhere. There are plenty of other establishments who will and has kindly taken my money. So beware anything that has the name "inn" connected to the name is not a place you want to stay.  Unprofessional ownership!

This place may as well be just a overpriced Motel 6.  You make your transaction through a slot in bullet proof glass. They have no lobby, no breakfast and no customer service.
The rooms were clean but very noisy from adjacent rooms, and street noise.
I am sure they are busy due to the recent flooding.  I would not reccomend

A Motel 6 at Holiday Inn Price

We were greeted with no hello, no good evening or any greeting  through a glass partisan like we were criminals.  Red flag number #1.  We get to our room and it is very small.  There is tile in the sink are and carpet in the bedroom area.  The carpet was unraveled and the tack strip visible. Red Flag #2  Snagged numerous socks during our stay.  We had 1 already opened shampoo for 4 people.  Needless to say it was trashed Red flag #3.  We had 4 people in our room and towels for 3.  Red flag #4  A coffee maker with no cups red flag #5.  We were there for a wedding and no hangers Red flag #6.  I picked this hotel because I wanted to be able to wash clothes while there.  Washer out of service and looked like it has been that way for a long time. Red flag #7. I frequented the front office often because daily we were shorted towels or coffee cups.  We took all valuables with us daily because It just gave you the vibe that you could come back and your room would have been empty.  Do to the way I booked I was unable to cancel our reservation or we would have turned around after just walking in the lobby.  Any visits to the front desk the employees never said hello or made any attempt to be friendly.  Often I would say we need towels they would turn walk away get the towels unlock the door and hand them out.  It was ridiculous.
