Wonderful place to stay. Close to trails and restaurants. Clean well kept rooms and grounds. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was crystal clear. This is our favorite place to stay in Gorham.

four wheeler adventure

We booked for two nights on September 2nd and 3rd since April, 2023. When we booked, no credit card was requested. We made the effort to contact them by phone when we booked to make sure everything was in order. We were told that the booking was done. As we are Canadians and we were going to spend a weekend in the United States, we didn't have access to our phone. On September 2nd, when we were in the mountains, the reception tried to reach us by phone and of course we arrived without success. We were checked in at 5pm. So the owner announced that he had offered our room to someone else, because he was afraid that we would not be able to meet them. So he had to cancel our booking for less than 24 hours.

Avoid it at all costs!!! Run away!!!!

For the motel being old the room was very clean.  The musty smell does hit you in the face when you open the door.  I suggest bring air freshener with you.  The owner in the office is super nice. Good location to the trails and park right outside your room.

Last minute booking

We have been staying here for almost 15 years on our travels through New Hampshire.  Rooms are always spotless and comfortable. Reasonable prices for an exceptional room. Close to local amenities and a short walk to a great restaurant. Highly recommended

Exceptional service

Hotel is absolutely disgusting..Room giving to us was not room that we got off hotels.com.Bathroom is extremely in need of a good make over from mold in the grout on walls to tub sink toilet and the rest gross!!!!  It was 30 degrees and the hotel wanted to give us a room with space heater as he said he didn't want to turn on his oil yet. Supposed to be 28 tonight .I would highly suggest you check out other hotels in the area .Can't wait to see what the breakfast is saw the set up in the check in and it looks like a joke..

Don't stay here

This Motel is similar to most along the Highway.
The breakfast available was also similar to many other motels.
Unfortunately not much healthy food.
The rooms were fine and bedsheets were clean.

I mentioned that I might be a little cold because the central heat was not yet on, so he gave me a “little Titan” portable heater. It worked perfectly.

All was normal.

A standard motel alongside a dozen others.

Stayed here a few times over the years when I attend Mt Washington's Seek the Peak.
I can use my airline mileage which is good but regular prices seem ok.  This stay was for 2 nights. I was located in the front building set back a bit from the main road but the noise was not bad esp with a/c running.  Do not expect any frills here – basic tiny room, bathroom etc.  Clean enough (but don’t look too close) - Coffee maker & coffee provided, and mini fridge is always good. Pool on site where kids were enjoying and relaxing choice. Front office manager pleasant. Think they have some muffins & ? in front office for breakfast but did not use.  It is definitely in need of updating but price was decent so did not expect much.  Good loc on main street - close to stores, restaurants around. Get what you pay for – met my need.

Basic No Frills - Convenient Loc

Ewwww. Dated, broken down and in need of so much updating, to even bring it into the 1990’s. 
If you are in desperate need of a place to sleep, the sheets at least seemed to be clean, but they covered a mattress that was beyond its useful life and the pillows outdated that. 
I tried not to look too hard, but the bathroom door had chunks out of the bottom, the tub needed cleaning and the shower curtain replacing. 
It was a $59 room at best and the charge was over $125. 
The two pluses were that it didn’t stink and the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant.

Find A Different Place

We had a great, if short, stay at the Gorham Motor Inn. A clean comfortable room, showing its age but well cared for. We slept well and would enjoy returning when we are next in this area. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed. Conveniently located for local food and beverages.

Great Visit

We stayed here for weekend of 4th of July and the room smelled old and like mildew. We had no hot water and the tub would not drain. When you flushed the toilet it backed up in the tub. We were told for the hot water we were to let it run it was because of the weather. And to give the tub some time to drain. Seriously?!!!? Won’t be staying here again.
