This is the second time in two years that I have stayed at this location for at least 5 weeks. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk 24/7. Plenty of parking. All major credit cards. Good central location with all shopping close by on the same road. Starbucks, Hy Vee ,home depot, Cvs, and everything else you need.

Great service, great price and great location.

We spent a week here and they definitely gave us the best service possible.  They made it possible for all 4 of us couples to be together and printed out information on places to see, etc.  We couldn't have asked for better service.

The best people ever

I recommend the Granbury Inn & Suites by Best Western in Granbury, Texas.  The room was large and clean and quiet.  It was near restaurants.  The desk personnel was professional and helpful.  Breakfast was standard but attractively presented.

Spacious and Clean Room

Spent 4 days and 3 nights with cold ac, hot water and privacy.  It was a personal trip for me to visit with my husband who was staying there for business so having the mini refrigerator and microwave along with a decent closet and a couch with a sleeper in it made for my visit to be nice and relaxing. It also provided with a patio door that led out to the courtyard which was very peaceful at all times.  The cable would be my only complaint for the overall stay.  It is not the most beautiful up to date hotel in Granbury however it was still comfortable and quiet. It was close to all restaurants, shopping and gas stations.  And just minutes from the square which is full of awesome shops. We were there during a wine walk and it was still great with all the people.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is the hotel out of your nightmares! It is old, dirty, and uncomfortable. I was desperate, or I would have left. Sleeping in the car would be better. The cat piss smell was so terrible it kept me awake. The mattresses are as old as my grandparents. The blankets don’t even cover the top of the bed. The vinyl floor is so dirty you don’t want to take your shoes off. Seriously, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Stuff of nightmares!

I was on an important phone call.  My room phone began ringing repeatedly till I had to take it off the hook.  Next, the hotel owner began pounding on the door.  I did not answer because I was undressed waiting to get into the bath.  Next, I heard the door open and the owner was trying to force her way in, even though it was chained.  Otherwise she would have flung the door wide open while I was butt naked!!!!!

At the same time, I was waiting for an inbound call for a scheduled job interview.  It seemed like all hell was breaking loose and I really needed that job.  I politely called the owner to see why she was trying to enter my room while I was still in it.  

The owner explained she had a water leak.  I checked the bathroom and there were no leaks.  Nearly everything was tile.  She argued the bath tub must be overflowing.  However the water line in the tub was 4" from the top of the tub.  No overflow, no signs of leaking.  

I then explained I had an important job interview but she did not see anything from the customer's viewpoint, only her own.  She was blind to my needs or what I was trying to explain to her.  She kept insisting there was a leak in the room.  

I did not like the fact that the owner did not respect my privacy within the room I had rented from her.
