RUN BED BUGS .arrived late in the evening.the room was poorly lit .run down and dirty.wanted to go to bed pulled back the covers to discover BED BUGS crawling on the pillows and mattress.freaked out called the manager all he said was he was sorry .he gave us another room. I didn't have a car and it was 1am .I didn't sleep at all keep feeling like bugs were crawling on me so gross.i had to put everything in bags and take it to the laundrey mat. We were supost to stay four nights I got the hell out of there. You get what you paid for .never again.

BED BUGS RUN

Cleanest room I have stayed in in a long time. TV had a cable issue. Crickets in the bathroom vent were a bit noisy. Slight musty feeling. Breakfast was waffle and oatmeal. Very convenient Staff was great.

We stayed for 6 days and never had a working TV, bathroom door would not stay open, curdled milk for breakfast and the tub kept backing up. When asked to fix these things they left a bottle of Drano on the bathroom counter as of to say “fix it yourself “. Homeless in parking lot. Breakfast consisted of honey buns and very watery oatmeal. No decaf coffee. Management gave us a run around day about the issues we needed fixing. Oh! Ants in the kitchenette. Will never return and will let our organization know how bad it was so they won’t stay there and go through what we did.



Never again

At check in, they changed our reservation with the excuse that they had no more rooms, they gave us a dark, humid, unpleasant apartment, with old furniture, more expensive, it was night, we were tired after driving 10 hours, an abuse.
The cleanliness of the place of low standards, the old mattress, the worn and dark sheets, the few old towels, little ones, some rags that I don't even use to clean the floor in my house.
The small TV screens like computers from the 80s, the one in the living room out of order.
The rest of the facilities for a retro ghetto movie.
  What you see of the building from the outside does not correspond to what is inside. We don't dare to eat breakfast Terrible.

Unpleasant damp dark place

The room was clean with a kitchenette in it.  Enjoyed the Manager's Reception and breakfast in the mourning.  Staff was friendly.  Nice hotel for business travel.  Good location in Grand Island and it was quiet at night.

Traveling for Business

We stayed two nights for a special get away.  Marsha checked us in and by the time we left we felt like we were leaving a friend behind.  One thing I noticed was that pretty much every guest felt the same way. As we were leaving I asked and she told us she is part of the management team.  She knew the city and gave us good advice on places to eat and things to do and definitely made our stay more special. 

This class of hotel is generally out of our price range, so we enjoyed the experience.  Our room was roomy and comfortable. Everything worked and was convenient. It looked, felt, and smelled clean.

Deserves the high ranking

Rooms were dirty .... carpet stained ... looked like a murder scene.

Comforter was stained with blood ! Kind of reminded me of a murder scend

Never cleaned up the room, then when called just brought us the stuff to do it ourselves 

Supposedly they were under staffed... do not stay not worth the savings!

DIY clean room

Good hotel for business travel. Internet worked good. Quiet at night. Kitchenette in room with a comfortable bed. Had a Manager's Reception at night and a good breakfast in the mourning.  Hotel is located right off Hwy 34.

Covered all the bases. Room had refrigerator and all the amenities were clean and well kept. The Breakfast provided was a wonderful spread - tons of choices. We were greeted by a very competent innkeeper, which got us off to a great start.

They Really Provide Everything For a Clean, Safe Stay

Nice stay at this cozy hotel.  Traveling for business and stayed during some rough weather.  Employees we're kind and helpful.  Enjoyed the Manager's Reception and breakfast in the mourning.  Wifi worked well and my room was clean.
