I stayed at Thryv for a week of training. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The woman who cleaned my room daily even nicely laid out a town and organized my make up along with my hair products in the bathroom, which was a very nice surprise after a long day of training. The cafe food is beyond what I was expecting, as well as the drinks at the bar were very good and affordable. Over all a great experience and I would enjoy doing it all over again.

Great experience

We attended a conference here for software training. The facilities were very nice and the campus was beautiful. Every staff ember I talked to seemed genuinely interested in your opinion of how things were going. We were served lunch and evening pre-prandial snacks and drinks. I will certainly be attending next year's conference.

A perfect stay is what this hotel strives for.  It is apparent when things seem to go wrong and the staff goes beyond to make it right and enjoyable for you.  That was my experience, the small things are looked after just as much as anything big that needs attention.  Clean, friendly management, attention to detail is what you can expect

When things go wrong

Room was great, bed was comfortable, view from my room was nice, very quite being so close to the Airport, had know problem with them picking us up and taking us within 5 miles, just needed to set the time up with them, checkin was easy and the Cafes food was very tasty.

Friendly.  Unusual location and property is in need of maintenance/remodel. 

Cafe was surprisingly good.

Our conference room was comfortable and had windows with a nice view. 

Property has high potential and located very close to DFW but is not adversely affected by aircraft noise.

Front desk is incredibly rude. They advertise their shuttle is willing to take you anywhere within 5 miles, but if you’re not coming from the airport, good luck getting them to take you anywhere! 5 minutes drive down the road? You’ll need to wait at least 2 hours. Made a reservation for the van to go get lunch? That time will be bumped an hour or 2 for airport runs. Starving because none of the vending machines work, the cafeteria is closed/ or you just can’t stomach the food anymore? Too bad. Don’t even get me started on the WiFi. If you can connect, it’s slow and will disconnect you within seconds. The cable tv sucks, outdated. Also no microwaves in the rooms. Find literally anywhere else to go.

Worst customer service of all time

This hotel is minutes away from the airport, its actually still within the airport property.
The food is perfectly fine, the wireless is near flawless and high speed, the amenities ensure you don't need to venture outside the large grounds. I was able to remain focused on my training and certifications tests throughout the week. The room was perfectly fine but that bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff seemed pleasant with a positive attitude any time you interacted with them. The front desk went out of their way to get me situated in a room for the week even though they were completely booked. The cafeteria folks were equally as nice as were the cleaning crew. Thank you for all your help Thryv staff, Well done.

Everything you need.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center has everything needed for a good workout. The shuttle was prompt. The food was great. A great place to stay.
