This place is a pit. They overcharged me and the room had stains on the sheets, bed bugs, food under the bed, TV did not work. had to switch rooms. A woman in next room was pounding on the window and screaming at me, why I have no clue. Second room just as bad. The rooms smell.

There is NOTHING clean what so ever in this place. Never seen a hotel room leave a brand new condom on the toilet. Parking had condoms all over it. It tells you exactly what the "guests" do in that place. Feel bad for others that had to deal with the very same crap as I did. Not surprised to see so many complaints.

I only spent seven hours there and left. Place needs health department to visit.  Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the desk. So I left and called them, asked for my receipt to be emailed, never got it. Had to go get it, now fighting for my money back. They are the rudest people ever.  

Carpets were so dirty stains all over. You would be better to sleep outside. Rooms aren't worth a dollar.

Disgusting place

This place had several bad reviews, however.... Having stayed in Butler, and in New Kensington, at places almost twice as expensive just recently, this is by FAR the nicest, cleanest, & well maintained place yet, ESPECIALLY for the price! Kudos to Knights Inn!! All sorts of eateries nearby, too!

Very Pleasantly Surprised

The absolute dirtiest, skankiest, horrific "hotel" I've ever seen in my life. I would have been better off pitching a tent on the trail behind it. Bullet holes were decorating the walls and cockroaches camping out on every surface.  Stay far far far away. 🤢

Yikes

I would not recommend this motel to anyone.  Stayed there for one night on 10/09/2021.  As soon as we walked into the room, there was any empty beer can under one of the beds.  It was very visible since there was no bedskirt on the box spring.  The box springs were so dirty with huge stains on them.  The bathroom light fixture had about 50 bugs in it.  Since it was late, we had to stay.  I checked for bedbugs and there were none.  However, there were a lot of small bugs in the sink and many small dead bugs on the carpet.  Remote batteries did not work either.  Decor was so outdated.  Feel like the room should have been about $40.  Told the manager at check in that I was allergic to dogs so I needed a room that did not allow pets.  His comment was that people sneak dogs in.  At check out it was the same man.  Told him my complaints and he just looked at me.  Do yourself a favor and do not stay in this motel.

Don't stay here!!!!

They refused service to me becouse of my kids and becouse my friend is black.   Was very nasty and threaten to call the cops.  Was giving my kids and my black friend a nasty look.    I was gonna stay for 2 nights.

Horrible service dont go

I think they need to dust it more and the smell was awful really awful and there was garbage and crumbs around the night stand here and all they said when I told them we can give u another room also the alarm clock was on the floor too this is some pics to show below.

Cleanness

OMG!  We turned around and left.  Too nasty for words.  Manager was rude and would not answer our questions.  He must have been having a bad day.  If we could give this place a zero, we would.  Be forwarned!!!

Not at all Friendly and very Yukky!

I didn’t expect a lot from this room. The rate was only $69 or so. Our usual motel wanted $146. The room smelled very musty but the AC took most of that away. The room looked clean. So far not bad. 
Then I stepped in the shower and pulled the shower curtain.  It was covered with mold. There’s ways to prevent and/or clean that. That’s disgusting!  
Please do not get sold on the “free breakfast”. There were 2 hostess cupcakes taken out of a package and 1 small pastry and it wasn’t even 7::30 yet. 
I’ll pay the extra money next time.

Yuk!

When we first checked in lady was very rude threw the key at me on desk when we got room it smelled horrible and was very unclean, bed sheet and blankets had cigarette burns on them, the towels had holes and were torn. The breakfast was very sad it waffles you make and food from vending machine and awful coffee and the lobby wasn’t dirty very unclean, and housekeeping women doesn’t give you everything you need, people next door we’re loud owner did nothing owner also had problem with me when he found out I am lesbian and my fiancée was with me he is very rude and so is the other Indian lady worker she slammed lobby door in my face and didn’t even say thank you when I held door. They threatened to throw out stuff in garbage if we didn’t get our stuff moved off property quick enough and it was snowing and I fell they didn’t even help me. and the room next door to us smelled horrible. The door didn’t shut right and bath tub and sink were gross we had to clean it and they don’t vacuum right and floor was dirty and filthy don’t recommend for family’s or lgbt couples or people 

Not a friendly place 

First off I'd like to state I did not choose this place! My traveling partner choose because of the price. It was gross the floors were not cleaned there were stains all over the sink. I woke up with bites all over my stomach and sides. Don't be like my traveling partner spend the extra money on a nicer hotel there are plenty around down there.
