We were supposed to stay stay here for our spring break trip but 1 day before we were supposed to leave our reservations were cancelled!! So we had to scramble to find a place for 7 people to stay. Terrible service!

Never got to stay

Currently visiting Gulf Shores. Staying at. The Sanibel. Very nice place I. Great condition. Beautiful view. Great access to the beach. Pool is a little small especially considering only 15 guests allowed with current corona status. Close to everything! Enjoying our stay.

Beautiful Place very close to the beach with an excellent view.

Sanibel 1106 is a beautiful condominium with a breathtaking view.  Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins play in the Gulf.  

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and staples for cooking on the property.  We utilized the charcoal grill on the ground level.  The linens, pillows and mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept well.  The condo was clean and tidy.  The living area is large enough for a family of five to sprawl out and watch television when a pop-up shower rolls through.  The space is well laid out and didn’t feel cramped or tight. We stayed for a week and appreciated all the amenities Alex included with our visit.  

We had to reschedule our spring break trip because of COVID19 inconveniences.  Alex worked with us through those uncertainties and has earned our complete trust and respect.  She is an effective communicator.  She contacted us a week before our arrival to let us know what to expect regarding entering the property.  She then called us after we had been there for 48 hours to ask if we needed anything.  

We are currently planning a 2021 trip to the Gulf and staying in Sanibel 1106.

Sanibel 1106 with an Amazing View

We rented this condo thru vrbo.  It looks exactly like the pictures they posted.  It is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo.  The furniture was all in very good condition.  The beds were very comfortable.  Beautifully decorated.  Fully outfitted with pretty much everything you would need.  Two small complaints.  One, when we first walked in it smelled like cooked fish but some Febreeze took care of that.  Second there was only 4 wash cloths.  Plenty of towels but 4 wash cloths for four people is not enough.  We just picked some up at Walmart.  But those things were really minor compared to all that you got.  They even had a beach cart and chairs and a rolling cooler to take all your stuff to the beach.  We would highly recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The condo was clean and everyone was really friendly. Access to the beach was across the street.  It was only a short drive to restaurants. Walmart wasn’t very far away either. I recommend this area. It was very family oriented.

Sanibel

I stayed in Sanibel 1604. What a wonderful experience we had! From the moment we pulled in, I knew we had booked the right place! The beach is just across the street. 
The parking is plentiful. You can choose covered, or uncovered for parking. The elevators are large and efficient. 
The condo is right by the elevator which I really liked. They have carts available for luggage or groceries:)
When entering the condo, you instantly are thankful for renting on the 16th floor. Your eye is instantly taken to the wall of glass where the Gulf awaits! Such a view! 
I loved that the 2 bedrooms each had there own private bathrooms. Additionally, the condo has a half bath out by the kitchen. The kitchen! This kitchen is so well appointed! We cooked in the kitchen everyday! The open concept from the kitchen to the family room made entertaining a breeze. The balcony is large and we spent tons of time there too. The patio furniture is cute and comfy.  I highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed! I already can’t wait to go back! 

Girls weekend Sanibel 1604

Very nice place to stay at when you are on vacation friendly people if you want to grill out they have grills full size pool and a kiddie pool they also have a fitness room and sauna plenty of parking places and they have security

Nice stay

We stayed here in September and this place is beautiful!  Okay so I will be honest, we were staying with our friend who owns the condo so it was extra wonderful.  It was a two bedroom on the 11th floor so the view to the Gulf was lovely and all condos have a deck that overlooks the water.  It was relaxing to sit there in the morning and evening just soaking in the breezes.  A fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook.  Comfortable inside and two bathrooms.  We did use the pool and we loved being able to relax there.  The beach is a short walk across the street and what is not to love about the beach?!   I would definitely come back to stay here with or without my owner friend.  Great location, close to restaurants and shopping.
