The location was great! But our until was extremely small, had a full sized bed, outdated furniture and appliances, sand all over the floor and ants that filled the bathroom. We were in unit 24, but I had seen pictures of other units that looked nice and updated. 

Needs updated and better cleanliness

Had a condo booked for since Dec 2022 for May 2023. I was just told that my booking was cancelled because it’s a timeshare and is now unavailable. I now have nowhere to stay for my upcoming trip for a major music festival. I had the reservation number, my room number, All costs associated & ameneties in writing just to now be told it’s canceled. I do not recommend booking with Paradise Isle! They didn’t even call me to inform me, I just so happened to call them. I could’ve showed up after a 12 hour drive just to be stranded. 

Booked me without even having a room available.

Upon arrival after we brought in our luggage, we noticed that we had unexpected guests.  We had cockroaches, on the floor, in the bath tub, on the furniture, one ran over my foot which was in a sandal.  The furniture was stained, and the pillows on the bed in which were supposed to sleep on were flat as a pancake and soiled beyond reason.  The entire place was absolutely appalling.  

COCKROACHES

This was not time-share grade property. The unit amenities were sub-par compared with other time-shares. The office staff was not available nor responsive when we left a message about concerns. Simple things like the internet being down, no battery in the clock, a missing smoke alarm, broken floor tiles, not providing toilet paper for the week, and having to pay to do laundry made it feel cheap. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Nice locaton yet disappointing staff

Paradise Isle Resort is directly across from the beach access.  Several restaurants and souvenir shops were within walking distance.   The 1 bedroom was just perfect for the two of us.  It was clean and had everything we needed.   We had very little interaction with the office since we checked in very close to closing time and checked out before the office opened.  There are some stairs up to the rooms, a hot tub, and a very nice pool area.  All- in- all it was a perfect little getaway from the freezing weather.  

Off season at its best!

Dated and needs some repairs, but close to the beach and tolerable. Beds and living room furniture not very comfy. Pool was nice and appeared clean. Parking was available under the units that are up on piers. No ground level units for handicapped.

Gulf Shores Paradise Isle

The staff is great. Very kind and friendly. I was in unit 10 which faces the street/beach. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. These are camp like units where the building is on stilts so be aware you have to climb stairs to get to your unit. I left my beach stuff in my car daily as to not have to bring it up and down 

Camp like rooms

Great location right across the street from the beach! The unit was a little dated but well taken care of. We took a wagon and loaded our beach gear in it everyday. The pool on the property was great! We enjoyed our time there very much!

Older but well maintained property

We loved our stay. Were aware beforehand that we would be across the street from ocean. The place overall all is nice, just could use some improvements/updates/cleaning in areas inside unit. The grounds were kept beautifully. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Good stay, location. Improvements could be done.

Clean place, great location,loved the unit.   But the hot tub was cold, the pool had bugs and debris floating in it and the mattress was horrible.  The unit was small, but big enough for 2 people.  Don't think I'll be staying here again.
