This is the worst hotel you could possibly ever go to! I would rather go to sleep in my car, then to go here again! First off I made the reservation and my boyfriend was not listed on it so I had to send them an email with my photo ID and his name so he was able to check in. Which that was no problem! When he got there he had to pay $40 cash deposit. Then our reservation was for a king size bed. Got in that room and it looked  like someone had slept in it, so they switched us to a double room because they had no more king-size rooms. Then they put us next to a family with at least four or five young kids in it that never went to sleep all night long! In the top it out I had to leave early and my boyfriend went to go check out and get the cash deposit back and the person that checked us in did not give him a receipt and put the deposit under my name so he had to call me I had to send another email, giving them permission to give him the cash deposit! And the guy the front desk was nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire time!

Not an ounce of sleep! Due to a family with kids next-door, that never went to sleep!

The room smelled like dog. There were roaches climbing the walls with the lights on, dirty, terrible TV reception, no hot water and a terrible breakfast offering. They should have their Wyndham credentials pulled!

Was not satisfied when we got in the room! There was a hole in the bathroom above the toilet in one of our rooms. And the tubs in both rooms were still dirty.The nicest room on the property, that I seen was the front desk area. Will never go back there again.

Not Good!

Evidence of bed bugs (blood smears) on "new" bedding. Room was "nonsmoker" but smelled noxiously of smoke or fumigation. Laundry room on first floor was an absolute mess with clothes scattered everywhere. Parking lot seemed sketchy at night. Overall impression was that this motel is very unclean and unsafe. I left the motel without staying. Front desk staff member was friendly.

Stay away. Bed bugs.

I called them directly to book my room, first off when I saw Days inn by Wyndham I thought it would be nice, and it was very close to our event, the person on the phone made it sound just like I thought it should, I even upgraded when he told me they had a room with a  jacuzzi tub ($109.00 a night), but when we got there guest on the 2nd floor balcony were sitting on ice chest like it was a front porch, guest coming in the office (no shoes, no shirts) getting ice from an ice chest, digging in it with cups, they could have told us the ice machine was out of service, the jacuzzi was dirty, bed look like someone had just gotten out of it, comforter was old outdated and looked stink.  I ended up in a room with two queen beds, the tub was so damaged it looked filthy, the face bowl was all cracked up. I went to Walmart I brought bleach spray, lysol, frebreeze, pillows, and face towels (their towels and linen in the second room was all new).  I refused to bath in that tub, I has to wash in the face bowl after cleaning it up, the next morning I found an acrylic nail a full nail on the floor, just sad and they made it clear that we could not get our money back, had to pay at check in, thought that was weird but we were all tired and needed to rest for our event.    For service I gave average only because of Ashleigh (front desk).

Very nasty hotel, toilet, room, mostly the entire room was a disgrace I wouldn’t even let me dog stay here if I had a dog the photos that’s listed is a lie because the room is a HOT mess look like a bomb it’s very terrible I WILL NEVER stay there again!

Horrible hotel

Place was dirty. Hair and dirt on floor in sleeping area. Ashes behind bathroom door. Broken tiles and thresholds. Broken sink and shower leaked, spraying water on the floor Unknown blobs around jet tub. Jet tub too dirty to touch. 

Bad Time Gulfport

Excellent service.  Very clean.  Meet all our needs.  Staff friendly and helpful.  It was important and necessary to be dog friendly which they are.  I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

From California to Florida

I checked in to my room. I put my luggage in the room and left. My son is in service so I spent time with him and came back late. The room smelled musty. I woke up next morning and found that there was no towels, no shower head, no shower curtain, dirty sink and mirror, toilet was dirty. I was going to put my clothes in dresser and when I opened the drawer, the front came off. When I went to front desk, the clerk said she could not change room without the owners permission. I told her that was unacceptable. I went back in my room to call another hotel. The clerk came knocking on the door and put me in another room. It smelled of paint and smoke. The 3 rd room I went into had a jacuzzi that was stained and rotted. I went back to office to inquire about coffee and free breakfast and was told they did nit provide it. I called Wyndham corp office and I got a call later on from a concerned member from the corporation. I sent her pictures and to my dismay, the hotel is independently owned by an individual who uses the Wyndham name. He refused to speak to me and laughed. I believe there is drug dealings and prostitution going on down the far end. Pool was disgusting and dirty. Also had no smoke detector in room. See pic.

Worst hotel I have ever been in

I drive 6 hours to a complete disaster. I actually slept in my car for the night. The room was horrible and nasty. Floors were dirty. The tub was dirty. Cigarette butts in trash can, as if someone had been in the room previously before I arrived.
