Moved into another KOP property that was not up to standard with respect to the maintenance and housekeeping. The staff at the ROYAL WORTHINGTON rolled out the red carpet and treated me just like family. This is definitely the place you want to stay if you are fortunate enough to live here. I am truly amazed at the ambiance, the finishes and the amenities they offer. Definitely a step above the rest amongst KOP properties. Thank you to the Property Manager that was there who was so genuine and kind and the gentleman who took me on tour....

Great Location, Chester Valley Trail, luxury amenities like pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, Wi-Fi, breakfast, dedicated bike and car garage and most important is fantastic people living around you, make this property lovely. Plenty of parking space, friendly management team specially Lindsay and Brittany make sure you get superb stay at this property. They arrange exciting activities and events every month that really helps finding new friends and getting social with your neighbours. Shawn, Sarah, and Rod are very quick to handle any request and go above and beyond to take care of your needs. We have been staying here for more than a year and everyday feels new and exciting. Highly recommended property in Malvern PA.

Best place to stay in Malvern PA

My wife and I were between houses and we stayed at the Royal Worthington this fall for six weeks.  We could not be more pleased.  The setting was like being in a Resort with continental breakfast in the morning, a clean quiet apartment, friendly neighbors and a front desk staff that was always helpful.  Brittany and Lindsey were timely with responses on questions and went above and beyond to help us.  We would go back again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending the Royal Worthington to our friends.

Wonderful Short Term Rental Experience

I lived there for two years and would not recommend this building to anyone. The building is cheaply made and you have no privacy from within your unit. On top of that the manager, Marci, is an unprofessional moron. I had he i it inspected once my lease ended where the maintenance director who inspected it said everything was good and I will not be charged for anything from my security deposit. I asked Marci when can I expect my deposit she said in 90 days. So I called in September inquiring about my deposit and she said it was sent in June. I asked to where and what happened to the 90 days. Her reply was she mailed it to my old apartment address(the place I just left) she then said I was charged to repaint the unit. I had taken that unit because the original one given to me had problems so they switched me to the one I lived in for 2 years. This unit was never painted from the last tenants because they offered to me out of desperation from the first unit. How can I be charged to paint an apartment that was lived in for at least a year prior to me moving in? This place sucks and has no business calling themselves a luxury building. Shop around you can easily find better units for similar if not less money. DO NOT GET THE WORTHINGTON SPECIAL

Garbage apartment

I travel many times during the year, so I stay for long periods at residences.  I was very, very pleased with the company's choice of The Royal Worthington.  At arrival, there was a brief period of confusion as 50 people arrived at once on a bus.  The RW staff were very quick to place each of the travelers in their pre-assigned rooms which had been newly decorated and filled with all of the amenities of a home.

Fully furnished, fully outfitted kitchen, and fully equipped with WiFi and cable TV, the rooms were very clean, beautifully appointed, and very welcoming to a weary traveler.
 
Comfy beds, warm bedding,and clean towels were already in place for the entire team.  The staff continued their wonderful care of each us through the first days of our stay.The staff learned each of our names, took our suggestions, and made things happen for each of us to enhance our stay.

I have traveled for work for a full decade, and Royal Worthington has met and exceeded every expectation,with smiles and joy.  Even difficult to please members of our group have come to realize how hard the staff works for our comfort.

Moving forward,I will judge all residences by the height of the bar set my The Royal Worthington.

Very fine living

We are currently staying at RW while our home is being built.  The entire staff is amazing "customer first" attitude which you rarely see these days!  The furnished apt is well equipped with everything you need and was spotless when we arrived.  The grand entrance foyer is stunning leading you through the lobby you will find a beautiful outdoor pool spa like setting and a very clean fitness center on the same level.  Starbucks coffee 24x7 is a nice treat!  It's pet friendly and renters are very good about keeping pets under control and waste cleaned up!  Rooftop deck is wonderful for a afternoon break very relaxing sectionals to enjoy the sunshine.  So many places to sit and relax or work throughout the building. The building has good security features always feel safe even at night coming home.  Our family is so happy to be able to call RW our home for now! 

Luxury Resort Style Apts

First, I am not a tenant but a friend of tenant. I was asked to watch their place for a few days and they placed key at the front desk. Needless to say, the front desk staff did not acknowledge my presence and two very kind maintenance workers ending up helping me. The front desk almost seemed put off or I was bothering them.  It bothered me so much to make an effort to make an review.
