This place seems sketchy when you pull up, but I think Hagerstown is more sketchy than I expected. The front desk was very helpful and efficient. Room seemed clean although I swear I could see the outline of someone's suitcase on the bedspread. The whole place would benefit from a deep cleaning and some upgrades. People were clearly smoking as you could smell it walking through the halls. 
The scariest thing was the room door with a CAUTION-CONDEMNED sign on it that you walk past as it's one of the first rooms. You can make up stories in your head about what occurred there...
It was also very quiet since it's not right on the interstate as many of these hotels are.
It was very affordable, but I probably would not stay here again. Too many ???'s to make me feel good about it.

Oddly sketchy feeling

Excellent hotel furniture and  carpet  is new .  wifi sevice is good front desk staff is very friendlly  beds and rooms clean and hot breakfast  grate value for price beds nd pillows very comfortable next time  we would stop here again thnku....

Stayed at this hotel for one night with a friend as we were passing through town on motorcycles for the MABDR. The first impression of the hotel was that it was a little seedy - the front part of the building had broken glass, some trash in the parking lot, random people walking around the lot, hallways were dark and needed some paint, etc. But once past this the hotel was good value for the money. Our rooms were freshly renovated and quite clean with new LVT replacing the old carpet in many hotels like this. It was reasonably quiet after 10PM, and everything like faucets and switches worked properly. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Overall it turned out to be a nice stay and good value once we got past the initial impression.

We arrived and  upon entering the hotel, saw dirty lobby furniture. No elevator, the stairs were disgusting. The upstairs hallway was dark and  filthy. In front of each worn out door was a frayed and filthy rug. We didn’t even enter the room since everything around us was in shambles and covered in filth!

No! No! No!

Disappointed in many ways. Door key failed to work twice so manager had to let is in without a door key of our own.  Halls smell of smoke and back parking lot filled with people smoking pot. Carpet in room was wet. Bathroom had ashes in the sink and mold around bathtub. All very concerning. We will not stay here again. 

A disappointing experience. 

The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in, the rooms are pretty spacious. Staff keep up with the property really well. Everyone did a really great job during my stay, I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel

Icky is the best way to describe our room: dirty, old, broken (smoke detector was off the wall when we walked in; bathroom door hook broken off; icemaker broken). There’s no elevator in this 2-story building. The beds were soft and lumpy. Although signs around the hotel proclaim it to be a 100% smoke free facility, it reeks of decades of cigarette smoke. We didn’t dare walk barefooted on the icky old carpet. This Quality Inn is anything but.

Horrible!

The whole hotel reeked of cigarettes to the point I woke up with a headache and burning nostrils. The room was worn out and dirty with stains on the floor and furniture and poorly patched holes in the wall. We didn't shower because it looked like there were skid marks in the tub. If we hadn't arrived after midnight, we would've demanded a refund and gone somewhere else.

Gross is the only word that comes to mind

I Loved the hotel. Very clean and quite. Staff attentive and friendly. Fitness center was clean and foremost they had Coin Laundary. This helps a lot. Also Wifi helped me for work which was very smooth, no breakups in my Zoom Calls. I will be returning next week. I shall recommend my co-workers to come here too.

Work Visit

I actually did not stay here.  The room was okay but the people hanging around and their activities made me feel unsafe and afraid to leave my vehicle in the parking lot.
When I went to the management and asked about the people hanging around, I was offered another room but that didnt make me feel any more secure about leaving my vehicle in the lot.  The chair in the room was filthy so noone would be able to use it.
