This hotel is getting old and worn looking.  I felt like it could have been cleaner.   Eggs at breakfast  looked like they had been reheated for a few days.  Could not get inernet in room.  I expected better from a Wyndham property.

It was a pretty decent motel very friendly people that work there and the pricing is pretty good compared to some of the other motels the room was nice and clean everyday and your close to restaurants and stores 

Pretty decent motel

Our room smelled of mold and mildew.  The floors hadn’t been swept and there were stains and cigarette burns in the bedding.  Soap scum on the walls of the jacuzzi.  The hygiene products they had were some cheap no name.  Total disappointment!

Avoid at all costs

This hotel makes me feel that the Days Inn standard that I’ve come to expect from many decades is declined. It’s now more like a Motel six. peeling paint and unfinished areas help give it that rundown look. I understand when it’s cheap enough.

Hagerstown was our first stop on a trip back home to central Florida from Western NY.  We picked Days Inn because of the reputation and quality in the past.  This location is set close to the expressway for easy access when traveling.  There are several restaurants within walking distance which makes for convenience after a long drive.  There is also a Walmart Super Center within walking distance if you should happen to need anything.

The hotel has a welcoming lobby with friendly attendants.  The elevator is right by the front desk.  The breakfast area is also located right off the lobby.  Our room was very quiet and comfortable.  The decor was well kept and not outdated.  The room did not come with a tub, but the shower was perfect to relax.  Nice hot water.

We traveled with a dog and was also welcomed in the hotel.

Restful Retreat

What a mess. Renovations and all tools, supplies left in hallways. Front entryway basically a mine field with painters, paint buckets tools etc. Was told not to park too close as they are spray painting.  Not good for handicap parking. No soap, shampoo etc.  The rooms have zero noise insulation.  Could use a good cleaning . Also, the $25 deposit for "incidentals" suddenly became $50 which will be returned in 2-5 days. Idk what incidentals they are referring to. There's nothing here.

Highly recommend staying anyplace but here.

title says it all. Room not clean-one bed had sheets and blankets in a heap in middle of bed. No soap or shampoo. Hotel is being renovated but overall hallways, etc could have been vacuumed better. Stayed at other Days Inns and no problems.

Filthy! When we Arrived the cost to have a dog went from $15 to $25 and for "the fee" it went from 25 to $50. I found that the fee was for smoking. I said we don't smoke and he said after inspection I would get it back in a weak. The room had plaster everywhere. On spread, carpet. Carpet corners black with dust. Used paper towels on counter. No coffee. Cups. Or water pitcher. Under construction. So no breakfast. We were told we would get breakfast. Nightmare

RUN! FILTHY! ADD FALSE FEES!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
It was filthy and completely unacceptable! When I shared my concern with the front desk staff they were rude, refused to provide me with a clean room, and would not refund my payment as I refused stay in such filth. I walked out in complete disgust and stayed at the Quality Inn, a  clean, respectable and more reasonable hotel close by. As a loyal Wyndhan Member, I am thoroughly disappointed!

DO NOT STAY HERE! BOOKED A ROOM ONLINE AND THE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A ROOM!!! EMPLOYEES AT FRONT DESK ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. ALSO NOTE THEY REQUIRE $50 AT TIME OF CHECK IN TO BE REFUNDED AT A LATER DATE, IF YOU GET IT BACK.
