Absolutely the filthiest, bug infested, no housekeeping, smelly stained sheets pig stye we ever made the mistake of staying in. It’s proximal location to the Shrine and Pop’s Diner are it’s only redeeming qualities. Drive further and stay somewhere clean, tidy, without holes in the wall and bugs in the entire room.

Visit to the Shrine? Avoid this hotel!

This hotel is EXTREMELY outdated. Stayed for 2 nights, did not receive maid service, had to ask for towels (only 2 were in the bathroom), the bathroom looked as if repairs were just made, paint dust was on the floor, bed was VERY uncomfortable, the pool was closed, no breakfast, no elevator.

Fam Jam

SUPER dirty and out dated. I will admit first off that I usually stay in Hiltons, Holiday Inn and the hotels with at least 4 stars. I refuse to stay in Days Inn those type of hotels because I feel like they aren't clean. We stayed jere because last minute we decided to stay for the softball tournament my daughter was in. This was the closest available hotel not sold out. Anyway, its super out dated. No elevator but that was ok.THE STAFF ARE SUPER NICE BY THE WAY! Anyway , the room LOOKED clean but we soon found a dead roach, a spoder was alive and moving under our pillow, oh and the pool... My lord yall! It was sooo green and had the biggest frog that Inhave ever seen in it and was next to a dead fkat rat that had obviously been there a while. Mattress is over 15 years old

Loved the room. Right across the street from Wallace. Staff is friendly. Good restaurants near by. Bed was very comfortable. Just wish the tv had a digital guide. Not serving breakfast right now due to COVID 19.

Whirlpool suite is worth it!

We had an event at WSCC and the Quality Inn staff was so accommodating and helpful to our guests! The location was very convenient, and they offer a full breakfast. I received lots of compliments about the rooms and the facilities. Thank you especially to Brittany for all her help getting the rooms sorted for our out-of-town visitors!

Excellent value and service

Honestly you could not ask for a better group of people . The rooms are clean and the staff is GREAT very accomadating . Breakfast is great . Pool is great. Parking is close as well as a variety of eating establishments ..Love Berenda !!! and Pritish

AWESOME

Recommend-maybe if need to stay in area. Room smelled of smoke even though was “ smoke free” room. No knobs on the AC to be able to control. Breakfast is basic. Needs more healthy choices. Reasonable rates. Staff friendly 

Hotel stay

Overall the hotel was great and for the price. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. The continental breakfast was what you would expect and there were great restaurants close by. The area was nice and safe.

Great place to stay

This hotel is a very good place to stay if you are visiting Mother's Angelica's Monastery and Shrine!
It is close by and the staff are very caring and helpful. The breakfast offered in perfect and there are restaurants close by for evening meals.

Great Place to Stay in Hanceville!

Hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. Avoid at all cost. Jacuzzi dripped from the time we enetered the room until the time we left. Phone in room did not work. Carpet was filthy. Breakfast was a complete joke. Swimming pool unkept. Staff was surprisingly nice but not helpful.
