If your not expecting any thing other than a clean bed and shower it's fine. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The person monitoring breakfast need to be more attentive. 

It's a place to sleep.

It’s not a super updated hotel but it is clean and every single one of the staff were 100% polite and helpful. I stayed for a whole week and I ended up feeling very comfy and cozy there. I will definitely stay again when I go to visit. There is $100 deposit and I received my deposit four days after I checked out. Overall, very satisfied.

Ants on my food in 10 minutes. Door did not lock. Food was cold. TV was so small u couldn't see it. And was scrambled. Ants everywhere though... Bad experience

NCSRE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Reasonably Economical)!

It's gives you a very good feeling to stay at a place that is NCSRE...just make traveling more fun and enjoyable.

As a retired couple that is on a set/fixed budget, it's always nice to find a place like this to stay on our trips.

Note...the breakfast was very minimal but the serving area was very clean and well maintained.  Also, the staff there was very polite, courteous, sincere and professional from the time we checked in through checkout and this was a "big plus" as well.

The price was slightly above (approx. $20.00) what we try to pay but was worth it...especially in such a popular area and close to so many popular sites. 

I would recommend it to my friends and relatives and would possibly stay there again in the future.

NCSRE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Reasonably Economical)!

Don't waste your time, it's a dump, in a non-discript area.  Broken items in bathroom (some broken parts left in room)  "lite breakfast" is a joke.    Water company came to shut off water for non-payment. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this place!!

Sorry, but it was one of my worst hotel experiences in recent memory.

I'm not bothered if something doesn't work here and there or if the interior is dated.  As long as it's clean and I can get a good night sleep, I am satisfied.  But this room had numerous problems which I'll describe and you can decide for yourself if they'd bother you:  

AC unit knob was broke, so it was either ON or OFF, no adjusting the temperature for comfort.  Turn it on to make the room an icebox, then turn it off.  But at least it worked.  Toilet wasn't connected to the floor properly so it wobbled around as you sat on it.  The back of the chair at the desk was broken so if you leaned back you'd fall right over.  Phone on the night stand was dead (only a big deal if you need it, see below).  Carpet felt kind of slick.  Only one pack of decaf coffee provided for the machine.  Mildew in the shower tiles.  None of the above bothered me all that much.  On the plus side, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were clean.  I didn't see any bugs or evidence of vermin.  Staff at the desk was friendly.

But undoubtedly the single worse aspect was the loud family that seemed to be living next door to our room.  They had one or more small children and didn't mind at all letting them run the halls at midnight.  Instead, the "adults" simply talked loudly so they could hear themselves over the kids.  I was woken up by this at 11:30pm and it continued until after 1:00am.  It it was awful.  I couldn't call the desk to complain because of the dead phone, but I'm sure they were aware because the short hallway leads right to the front desk.  

You would think adults with a family would have some common sense and basic consideration for others but these people most definitely did not.  You would also think that staff would want to nip that sort of thing for the benefit of their other patrons.  Even if they don't care about them on a personal level, at least to prevent negative reviews.  I'm not saying I would've left a glowing positive review otherwise, but I wouldn't have posted this negative review if not for this.

If the owners read this, if they care about their business they need to do something about this sort of thing as it is undoubtedly hurting it.

If you want a good night sleep, AVOID unless you have no choice

When everything else is full and you have no other option than a very late night or very early morning extended drive to get where you're going, you may be OK with this for a night. Staff is friendly and generally helpful, but the rooms are gross and worn out. This is not a place to stay by choice or for more than 1 night when you have no other options. We didn't wake up dead, diseased, or eaten by bugs, so there's that. This was a planned 1 night stay for sports tournament when game times made a 2+ hour drive prohibitive and no other options.

Last Resort

Despite being advertised as 100% smoke-free and there being signs all over the place notifying guests there will be a $100 fine for smoking in their rooms, the ENTIRE place- hallways and guest rooms- smelled like cigarettes and pot.  There were cigarette burn holes in our blankets and the sheets REEKED of smoke.  We had to buy Febreeze and spray the room down and I had to ask for new sheets that didn't smell.  The outside door at the end of the hallway was propped open with an empty beer box making it so anyone could come and go as they please.  There was chewed up gum in the ice bucket in our room as soon as we walked in.  The beds were very comfortable but that's the only nice thing I have to say about this place.  You definitely get what you pay for, just remember that when booking.

Gross

It had a bed an a bathroom which is all you really need. But u can tell they half assed their remodeling. Wall paint colors on the ceilings and splashes on the bed sheets. Completely missed parts of the wall. When they removed the old light fixtures from the walls they left all the holes and did not patch. Same with new mirror in the bathroom. Toilets flush poorly. Also don't ask for another blanket for the bed because they don't have them at the front desk. Also advertise food items for breakfast and we never got that! Would not stay here again! Spend a little more and get a better place to stay!

Spend a little more for a way better stay somewhere else.

Breakfast nook was not up to expectations. Cold Cereal & muffins. Doubled as equipment and material storage area.  Milk was in frig. in same gallon jug all week.  Only hot items were toast and coffee.. Apple & Orange juice ok. One of 2 Beds had large 6 inch deep valley in the middle.  Internet was difficult to access at times.  Toilet paper dispenser was out of reach from toilet.  TV & HVAC good.  Vending machines had low prices. Lots of hot water and fresh towels & soap each day.  Broken storage drawer in credenza.
