Terrific location, wonderful hosts and a great job updating the facility.
Stayed a weekend for a wedding in Oct 2023, the rain was unfortunate but the facility + location were very enjoyable.
Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing location ! Very friendly , caring and helpful owners ! Beautiful newly restored building . Very clean ! Breakfast basic but very good ! Wish to return for a relaxing holiday in the nearby future . The best place to be for a holiday in Cape Cod !

Even in October a wonderful place !

This was our first time visiting Cape Cod.  We were celebrating our anniversary and this Inn was perfect!  It had everything I was looking for with location and water/beach view. We stayed in the Beach House and absolutely loved it! Very clean rooms and immaculate property.  Staff were very friendly as well.  Continental Breakfast was great.   Glad we picked Harwich as a location because you’re in middle of the Cape.   We had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for everything.

We knew very very little about Cape Cod… Hoped the Inn on the Beach would meet our needs - and it surely did.  What a marvelous quiet clean charming spot!  Met lovely folks to sit on the deck with from all over the country.  Nothing better than the fire pits and watch the ocean in the evening.  Breakfast was a simple selection of muffins, croissants, juice etc a continental breakfast with great coffee.  No reason to sit in your room - go explore.  We really enjoyed a visit to the Atwood Historical museum in Chatham.

Lucky pick in Harwich MA

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend while attending a wedding nearby.  The service was great from the moment we checked-in.  The location is beautiful and has a large spacious private beach.  The room was roomy, modern, clean and comfortable.  The ability to hang out on the patio on couches around one of several fire pits while enjoying the sunset was a wonderful way to end the day.  Looking forward to returning!!!

Relaxing and beautiful location 

First: location, location, location. When you drive down the road to this property, you feel as if you're driving straight into the Nantucket Sound. The beach is beautiful, soft, white sand that packs pleasantly firm for long walks at low tide. They have chairs, chaises and umbrellas for guests. The rooms are white and wood, minimalist beach-y with comfortable beds. (Ours, #8, was compact with queen and twin, no closet, but had nice, pvt outdoor patio). Very clean and well-maintained.  Lovely people. We will definitely return!

The beachside inn we're always looking for and rarely find

The rooms at Inn on the Beach are indeed lovely: immaculate and beautifully decorated. (One minor comment would be that tissues should be provided, though.) The location is also great. We were less enthralled with the breakfast, which was only slightly better than that provided at a budget chain hotel. Surely a decent granola could be provided, rather than Kellogg's packaged breakfast cereals, let alone something hot or savory. Additionally, for the times that weather is not perfect (which is what we encountered), one would think that an inn would offer an indoor common room, but none was available here. We would suggest that the management consider making it possible to close off the office area so that guests could hang out in the lovely indoor breakfast space.

Incredible find for off season stay on Cape Cod. 
Recently total renovation, immaculately clean, well appointed. Light breakfast included in price. Free parking. Best of all was the location on Nantucket sound, lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Lovely patio with seating and gas burners for cozy nights! 
I cannot say enough good things about both the facility and staff. Special thanks to Keeley who pleasantly greeted us on arrival and departure, and Emily., who went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband find his school ring we thought he lost in the sand. Emily brought a metal detector and along with other guests, started to search, dig and scan for the ring. We gave up, but Emily promised to return and continue. At lunch we found the ring in his back pocket!  I immediately called Emily and reached her as she was about to return to the search!  We happily tipped Emily, thanking her for her stellar response.

You can not beat this location. And this Inn is the best on Cape. Completely renovated and they paid attention to every detail. Peter and Leslie, the owners, we’re on site and very friendly and helpful. 
We stayed in the beach house and it was a dream come true. 
We are planning our next trip back!
