The general manager Rani is great.  This place is clean and spacious.  Celene at the front desk makes sure that the rooms meets the guest needs and she is delightful to deal with.  I will come here every time I'm in town.😎

Motel 6 hemet

I reserved a non-smoking room.  When I got to the hotel the room I was given was definitely not smoke-free.  When I went back to the desk they said the only non-smoking rooms they had were larger and would cost me more.  I said no and made them call the manager.  They did, I got the larger room with a patio (what a joke) at the same price.

ROOM ISSUE

I hate this place when I first came.  Floors were dirty as hell.  There were bugs in our room including a dead pincher bug.  The bed is nicely made but this room is trash.  It's like someone got shot.

The manager is a thief and a bully. Do not leave anything whatsoever I'm the room because she will snatch it up for herself and call you names when you try to retrieve it. Beware renting here. The manager is a vulture

The Motel 6 in Hemet is a slum. There is NO WiFi at all. I tried to get on for 3 days. Room is crawling with spiders. There is a huge pile of used mattresses in the parking lot. The bathroom exhaust fan could wake the dead. Every surface and floor are FILTHY. They call it a non-smoking room. Why? because they put a non-smoking room sign on the door. The room REEKS of decades of prior smoking. Called at 11am to have room cleaned and get back at 6pm and it’s untouched. Man at the desk claims the room was done. So I collected all the dirty towels and trash and dumped them outside the lobby door because he saw me coming and locked the door. If the door was open I would have dumped everything on his desk. The health inspector needs to pay a visit and quick. And God forbid you have to flush the toilet late at night your neighbors on either side will bang on the wall the plumbing sounds are so loud. Can’t make this stuff up. It’s a nightmare and unfortunately we paid in advance so we’re stuck. Save your sanity and stay AWAY......

Disgusting

Normally I wouldn't be on website that reviews places, but after staying at the Motel 6 in Hemet unfortunately I couldn't be more relieved and safe not being there with my family and kids, very dangerous.

Never coming back!!

I knew what to expect of the room but it was a bit more run down than my last stay.  A/C not working, either.  But.  The one star is for the young man on the evening shift.  He wore a jacket that covered his name tag so all I have is a male of color in his 20s.  It was fine and it was not unexpected that he knew nothing about WiFi.  His rudeness, however,  was unparalled.  His knowledge was missing yet he tried to look smarter than he was (for awhile).  Wouldn't respond to the minimum of suggestions.  Locked the front doors early.  They need to fire that boy.  I will not be back.
