This is a good place to stay. They are so respectful and they work with you. I had no trouble since I’ve been staying here you really should get this place shot I really recommend it you will not regret……………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

They have the most helpful and friendly staff Carmen is my fav. She really takes pride in her position and will do her best to help you. From housekeeping to maintenance they really help your stay become very welcoming.

Great Hotel

I've stayed at this location before in the past and I'm glad I came back. Nice clean rooms and the best rates you will find around. The staff here is the best and I would definitely recommend staying here.

A great experience with a wonderful staff 

I had the best experience. Carmen and the staff Tay, Taya, Karim- ( I believe I spelled it incorrectly) are amazing staff.  They are truly an amazing team!!! Carmen, was very encouraging. Tay is always cleaning something when I see him. Taya always had the floor smelling excellent, when she off I know it. Karim, maintenance is always needed but you do it with grace and patience. Jasmine continue to stay smiling and working towards your goals. Thanks, team for an excellent experience. 

Amazing Team

This place is magnificent… the front desk staff Carmen is just simply amazing and gets things done. 
Kemar the maintenance man is constantly fixing and improving! This stay has been the best considering our families circumstances. Thanks Carmen. 

Definitely recommend 

Interior is in disrepair, dried/sticky soda on the floor by the elevator. Morning I left there was a used black latex glove in the corner of elevator with a partial syringe in it. Entire hotel (every floor) smells of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Room had 🪳roaches in it, phone in room was broken, chair in room was written all over in blue ink pen and had tiny holes poked in it. Couldn’t sleep because people above me were stomping around. Spoke with front desk person and informed them I would be checking out in the morning. Front desk had note in the morning “due to unforeseen circumstances the front desk is closed” I wrote a detailed note (per desk persons request) that I was checking out. Days later my card was charged for DAYS I wasn’t there and I was told no refunds, upon calling I was told that it was a mistake by management they didn’t check me out but still NO REFUNDS!  DO NOT STAY HERE!! It’s filthy and neglected on the inside, management/owner  is incompetent and greedy!!!

WE are here now stuck in can't leave, because if u do u forfeit the rest of ur money.  I should have know when they ask do u want to see the room I should have left then. What difference if it says no smoking in public area and as you walk thru the door u smell smoke. This was room was booked by a family and  it tells me they don't like us that much because  I know for a fact they wouldn't have booked this hotel for themselves.  Floor sticky, all the drawers are broke. U don't even have a real bed to sleep on ,They have u sleeping  on cots. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER WOOD SPRING HOTEL CANT EVEN WARM UR FOOD UP IN THE MICROWAVE. THIS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD STAYING IN A HOTEL.

Worse hotel  experience

I am here right now.  I paid for the week and am miserable.  I had to sign something BEFORE I saw the room stating I couldn't get a refund.  That should have been my first red flag.    
The room is DIRTY.  FILTHY dirty.  There carpet is BLACK.  
I requested to change rooms.  Yep, it's DIRTY too.  
Do not stay here!

Terrible!

Let start off by saying i booked a room and they do allow you to check the first and i only had an issue with the smell but i didn’t check anything else the smell of piss just had blown me so being as though the is prolly some i could fix so after i pay for about 15mins because the system was having an issue i had to pay cash but when i really went back to make sure the door was shut because it wasn’t when i checked it so i further inspected the room and found that the sheets were still dirty, also pubic hairs on the toilet and not to mention the burn spot on the seat of the toilet and there hair still around the sink!! I Want a full refund and i also informed the person at the front desk that i was not going to stay in that room and I’d like a refund and she said couldn’t get a refund i would have to talk to manager whenever he returns to work but unfortunately i had to go and pay for another hotel so i lost time and my money!! I am very upset and very disappointed

One of the worst rooms i seen

They changed our reservation from a smoking room with two beds to a non-smoking room with two beds because they didn't have a smoking room with two beds available.  If we had wanted a non-smoking room we would have booked one. So, they put us in a smoking room with one bed. 
Floor in room was filthy, shoes stuck fast with every step. 
Never again!
