Parking was difficult. The sanitation was not up to my standards. It was quiet. No breakfast was available but is close to restaurants. The bed was hard and the heat/air unit was extremely loud and took some work to get adjusted properly. There was no in room coffee or coffee in the lobby that I saw. This is a convenient location if you're traveling the interstate.

For a Motel 6, this is nice. The person who checked me in was pleasant. The problem was the lighting. The main light in the room was a super-bright spotlight by the door -- so bright that looking toward the door left spots in my eyes. There was a single switch underneath the two lights at bedside, but it didn't work... I asked at the front desk and she showed me the hidden switches under the lights themselves. The lamp on the desk area was so dim that it was useless... it also was loose and leaned over. At least the lights in the bathroom area were normal!

Nice enough, but weird lighting

This is a budget motel, so i'm going to rate it accordingly. It is fine for what is is: It's a safe, clean room at a decent price. It's also far enough from the interstate that you don't get the noise.

There is wear-and-tear here and there that is to be expected for it's price-point. You can tell they fix thigs as needed, but don't fix them until really necessary. Therefore it's easy to find things that need addressing, but work adequately until they are. For an example, our toilet paper dispenser was barely hanging onto the wall. But it still functioned.  There were a few examples of things like this in the room, however, i'm not going to dwell on it because they've price it accordingly and the room was just fine for what we paid for it.
My only real complaint is the chair in my room was beyond acceptable and borderline gross. They need to know when to get rid of furniture.

That said, it was a quiet sleep. The staff we met were very polite and friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely fine for it's purpose

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend. Was really only here to sleep at night between enjoying the leaves and exploring. This hotel is right next to the interstate close to lots of restaurants and gas stations. The price is pretty average for what you are getting but a lot cheaper than the other hotels around.  The staff was super friendly the rooms were big and for the most part clean. There is no breakfast provided but there is coffee in the lobby. My biggest complaint is the beds are so hard that it's difficult to get any quality sleep. Considering that was my sole purpose in being here I can't rate it any higher than a three. I would consider staying here again if they ever get around to upgrading the mattresses!

Overall stay was good. Room is nice and clean. No carpet was a plus. Bed very comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. Only negative we were unaware you could not leave pets unattended in room. Make sure to read entire pet policy. We would stay again.

Nice place friendly owners

Room was well worth the price.  Only complaint was the AC was a bit noisy.  Had to turn the TV up to hear it.  This was a good place for a one night stop.  Parking lot was well lit and could park outside our door. If you are looking for amenities skip this location.  But it is great for a sleep and hot shower

Stopover on way South 

We were traveling along 77 and stopped at Motel 6. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the room was. No carpet, nice new laminate wood floor. Comfortable bed. I would stay here again!!

Clean, comfortable, safe, hot shower

Very Basis room. No coffee in room, refrigerator barely cooled, could not keep my water cool with bottle beside freezer section, advertised ice machine was non existant. Had to walk around building. No table in room. One badly stained chair and one plastic chair.  But, all I needed was a bed. Glad I brought my Microban!

Visit with sister

Everything you want and need for a bargain Snowbird stopover. Super clean, no smell!! Comfortable bed, big fridge, microwave. 2 cats stayed free. Lovely front desk staff, ground floor room so we could bring the cats’ crates directly in from parking lot. No coffee maker but free coffee in the office. Bring your own hair dryer.

Hidden gem in the Blue Ridge Mountains

It’s recently renovated with laminate floors so It was clean and odor free.  No charge for the fridge/microwave and there were lots of channels on the TV.  The WiFi allowed us to stream a movie on our fire stick with no issue.  The bed was comfortable.  Ms. Patel, who was at the desk when we arrived, was friendly and efficient.  Overall, a great stay for $65 with a king bed!
