Florida vacation

Perfect location just steps from the beach. Very well located at parking at no extra cost. Common exterior space with bbq, washer & dryer. Our room was very clean with all necessities. Fridge with freezer. King size bed with all bed sheets. Shower with towels. Kitchen with stove. Coffee maked, microwave, toaster with all utensiles to cook. Just hang your clothes and enjoy beautiful Hollywood Beach. Location is clean and well taken care of from inside and outside. TV with WiFi included. Manager is super nice and speaks both English and French. Beach is clean and nice to enjoy beautiful weather and ocean. No hustle at our location compare to further down where it gets more crowded and busy. Small reataurant just beside with nice drinks ( no glass drinks allowed on beach). We stayed for 6 days and planning to come back, rest assured because we had very pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful vacation

First, the owners and on premise person were excellent in making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. It’s exactly as the photos show. Will be staying here again.

Excellent Motel and very close to the beach.

My husband and I had a conference in Miami and my husband found this gem in Hollywood, Florida. The motel room was huge with a full kitchen/dining area, large living room and separate bedroom. Everything is new -  new tile flooring, new wall treatments, newly renovated bathroom etc. The space was clean and spotless -  even though this is not a new building. The landscaping was very quaint and homey. Plus, it is  just a few steps from the beach. It is just a lovely spot and it feels very safe. The staff are very nice. I will say that it is not an opulent resort but is the perfect place for a family that is roomy, well stocked and clean.  We would definitely look forward to returning to this well cared for Motel. 

Spotless -  like new! 

The room was very spacious and clean.  I really enjoyed using the grill.  It felt like home away from home. 
The only thing I didn't like is that no one greets you when you arrive. I had to call the owner so she can then call the management.  Also a couple from Europe who didn't speak much English was waiting for hours for the  management.  Management needs to be more attentive to the guests.  Didn't see any staff the whole time I was there.

Beach Tide was very clean.  Pat was very helpful and always responsive.  I love that it's so close to the beach.

We had the pleasure to spend our mini-vacations at the Beach Tide Motel for a couple of days, we had  a clean, very spacious and freshly painted room, the kitchen has all the essentials and the best part is that the motel is located in a quiet area and is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach. We will definitely come back!

Renovated beautiful boutique motel

Awesome large room with fridge, stove & kitchen table - great place to stay no extras, but who needs them when you are a short block to that beautiful beach & boardwalk! My only complaint would be how load the air conditioning unit was! Take earplugs & all is good!
Service was great - we left something in the fridge after we checked out - called & someone was there in minutes to let us in the room!

Nice place to stay & so close to the beach!

The best thing about this motel is the location, 1 block away from the beautiful beach, our room had a view on the inter-coastal. on the second floor. it was a studio room with a full kitchen. We had free parking for one car and free wi-fi.
The only complaint we have is the toilet was leaking water on the floor (bad smell) and the vertical blind on the large window was broken closed... both issues were mentioned to the owner. Other than that we stayed one week and the place was clean and quiet. There was a clean BBQ and some chairs to use at the beach... Francine was very nice and helpful with all our needs.

Nice place to stay in Holywood beach

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in march 2017. The pipes from the toilet woke me up several times a night, with a very loud sound and the fridge and aircondition was also very noisy. So i did not sleep much the first night, the second night i got more used to it. The location was great right by the boardwalk. Other than that it was a old hotel with old furniture, so it was not very nice. I would not stay here again, since i like to sleep at night.
