I stayed one night and was escorted to leave when I asked the manager about the serious roach infestation in my room I had roaches all over the room and they offered me roach spray so they licked me out by the way of the police because of the truth don’t stay here horrible manager you will see her smoking weed in her car between customers drug addicts on premises and they openly said they clean room every three weeks , furniture stained up and filty and I’m a disabled veteran and the the coo told me that he’s at they hotel every day with nonsense incidents

Horrible and will never stay again would not recommend to a homeless person .

I did like my visit there at the Suburban Extended Stay I always do because the staff make sure I have everything for my stay and my family and friends can find me better and close to my jobs and the rooms are very comfortable and nice love the location..😍😍🥰🥰👍👍

My stay here was great and it was close to my job and my family, friends and the room was cozy and quiet and the restaurant in the area are good and shopping area to and the facility is nice and they have a laundry room also and work out area it's nice also the staff was wonderful to me they made sure I had everything I needed.😍😍😍😍

Dont even look at this place!!! This place doesn't do housekeeping, they make the guests do it. They HAVE ROACHES!! They dont have a working front desk phone so you cant call them. you would be lucky if you get a room with a phone in it let alone a working phone. Choice needs to dump this hotel under its umbrella because the place and owners give choice a bad reputation and i did notify choice of this way below subpar hotel under its brand. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we travel a lot for work and live in hotels, so i know this subpar!!!!!!

My husband is diamond choice hotel member so we tend to stay at choice hotels while traveling.  This is the first issue we have ever had with a stay at  a choice hotel.  This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Everything was covered in a thick grime, the smell was musty, dead roaches in bathroom, a bug in the bedding, and a old hotdog in the hallway.  Needless to say we rolled out quickly and just forfeited our points we used to stay. No one is cleaning this facility.  Save yourself time and stress and avoid this s@#thole

Do not stay!!

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. I uploaded photos for proof. It looked like nothing was wiped down properly. There was still who knows what on the walls even still sticky finger prints on the tv. I left the lights on just in case there was roaches maybe they'd stay hidden. There was even random nails on the floor that could have easily went in my foot. So that's just proof no one bothers vacuuming. Really just disgusting. I would only put my bags on the tables after I cleaned the tables off.

I have been traveling every weekend for the past month to visit my boyfriend who is currently staying in this property because his company is paying for it. Economically…they are great but this property needs a deep cleaning. They are understaffed and it shows. For example, the same sticky stains in the elevator have been there for the entire month. I only come to Birmingham on the weekend so that’s unacceptable. Not to mention, we are still in the midst of a pandemic and flu season is upon on. At some point the owner should consider new carpet or at least getting the carpet cleaned. The air ducts need dusted and sanitized. I could go on but the minimal should speak volumes.

Just Nasty

This is convenient for long stays but I will not stay here again unless it's under new management and renovated. For the person who pays attention to detail, the house cleaning is terrible. Floors have not been cleaned behind for months, base boards not cleaned for months, stuff splattered on walls. The hall way to the room, not vacuumed for months and walls just nasty, and a free high when you walk down them. The kitchen cabinets not wiped down on inside or outside, refrigerator and microwave was clean on the inside. The plus side, we had hot water, air conditioning and did not see a bug.

The most run down dirty place I have stayed at.

This is the most convenient place. Short drives to every kind of restaurant or retail. The property is totally safe and secure in a densely populated area. Professional staff will take care of you always, and the rooms are very comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient

Love this hotel. Wonderful place 2 stay. Would recommend you to stay at this hotel over all others. Very friendly staff.  Goes above and beyond for their guests. Clean rooms. If you haven't stayed here your missing out
