When I booked the room, I asked the girl at the front desk for a ground room. She said they had them.  When we checked in, we were told all ground rooms were being renovated. Had I known that, I would have stayed somewhere else.
There were no towels, I had to go and get them. The key card didn’t work and I could feel every spring in the bed. The fridge had only 3 feet so it was lopsided and in danger of falling over. The room and bedspreads smelt like smoke.
There was mold around the bathtub.
If I could give it no stars, I would. We are done with Motel 6 forever.

Terrible

This motel needs to be closed!!! The doors have to be forced in to open. The rooms are filthy, the property is run-down, and not elder friendly aka not safe for older people!!!! There were roaches crawling which I have pictures of. The hotel staff was not friendly at all. The person that checked us in from the online reservation was either high or drunk because it took him 30 minutes to print out a paper and give us keys. Then they have a five minute policy to check the room but it starts as soon as you sign the paper and it takes five minutes to find the room. So we get in and see the condition of the room and was like NO! But the clerk at the front just pointed to the sign.... basically saying we can leave but we won't get money back!!! The next day the front desk clerk got mad when I said the key was not working and was very rude when I said the hot water was not working. She stomped up the stairs behind me and came in turned it on and said it's hot and walked out!! Anyways save yourself time and money because this place SUCKS!!!

RUN AWAY

Arrived  paid for a week.. started parking the car when beer bottles were tossed over the balcony. Men  with attitudes cause we were parked in their spot...trying to unload my car and he site there in a truck yelling cause I am in his spot. Drug deals in parking lot.... So I was moved to room 300.. all night there was fighting . Yelling . Banging on walls. Loud music..police were there twice. .it was loud all night . This is a partying motel not a place to relax. I been traveling all night I got 3 hours of sleep. The guy that checked us in told us to spend the night and we could leave in the morning he would refund us for not staying all week. But the other clerk refused to give us a refund. .this is a AWFUL MOTEL. IT IS NOT FOR TRAVELERS

Nightmare

I'm surprised there were so many 5 star reviews on this place, its obvious they dont replace things. Yes it looked like they cleaned but only open areas and sheets. Corners were grimy, sink was taped together, roaches were in the bathroom come the morning, there was a very large stain on one of the mattresses but they did  cover it with a thicker under blanket that wasnt on the other bed. People were up making noise a good portion of the night, you could hear through the walls very easily, so much traffic noise, I think it was coming through the AC unit in the wall. People were out smoking all over the place and you could faintly smell it in the room as well, like coming through the AC.
We just wanted a place to rest for the night and stopped here because it was cheap and had better reviews than hotels that cost a bit more.

At least it was cheap, but I didnt even want to shower here.

Cheap, noisy, minimal clean, friendly staff

Room was very clean. price was great! i got a lot of well needed rest! Ty was great she is a bundle of JOY!! She definitely Needs a Raise!! Talking with her made me feel comfortable and at home like i’ve been knowing her for years!

Great Front Desk Clerk

Came to this location just to get a piece of mind.... and that exactly what i got the entire room was clean and i had this best front desk clerk.. she made me feel like i was at home.. everything was perfect... 

Amazing Stay

overall the hotel was great.. clean room clean bathroom right towels etc.. the property was very clean.. nice employees front desk was great.. i will definitely come back.. i felt very comfortable....

Great Stay….Didn’t have any problems…Ty At The Front Desk Made My Stay 10x Better…Because Of Her I Definitely Will Be Back…We really need more people at these jobs like her…She definitely Needs to be noticed..

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay.  Mrs Ty at the front desk was very nice, courteous, helpful, patient and cute I must say. The room was nice, clean and recently renovated. The bed was good and cozy!  I will be back very soon.

Vacation

I’ve been here for six months now and the staff is great and always polite in every way! I wannna thank Miss.TY is the best staff here. When I didn’t have a microwave she went out her way to get me one.
