New Owners really suck. I have stayed here multiple times since it opened and once Kevin took over, the quality has gone straight down hill. It's a shame to see such a beautiful place go down fill so fast. Avoid at all cost.

New Owners

The in was very comfortable!  The owners were very accommodating.  The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and crisp. Beautiful gardens.  Delicious breakfast.
All in all, I would highly recommend this as a getaway destination.

Terrific

My husband and I stayed in the Adirondack Suite for 2 nights.  The suite was absolutely beautiful.  It had a very comfortable King size log bed.  There was a gas fireplace with a large screen TV as well as a love seat couch.  The bathroom was exceptionally large with double sinks. It also had a small table with chairs, a refrigerator that was stocked with water and seltzer drinks.  Homemade cookies were brought to our room every night.  The rooms were very very clean.  There was also a hot tub for our use.  The breakfast was delicious. It was not your ordinary breakfast. We started out with fruit and then the main dish. Kevin and his wife were very accommodating and their hospitality was above and beyond.  We had a private entrance with a porch.  The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. As we sat outside on our porch we enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the waterfall from the pond.    This Bed and Breakfast was also very close to craft breweries and wineries.  Noble Shepherd craft brewery was right down the road. My husband and I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.  We are going to make this an annual trip.

Birthday Weekend/Adirondack Suite

While this location is a perfect romantic retreat, it was also great for a nice girls’ getaway for my sister and I. Beautiful home and close to Canandaigua Lake (Finger Lakes). We stayed in the Adirondack Suite and it was a spacious room with a King size bed, leather love seat, TV and gas fireplace. There is a small entrance area with a mini fridge that was stocked with water, juice and some snacks. Plenty of hot chocolate, tea and coffee, too! While most of the indoor common areas are off limits due to Covid, the outdoor hot tub is available to guests. Instead of a traditional breakfast in the common area, the owners provided delicious breakfast sandwiches one day and breakfast burritos the next. We could warm everything up in the microwave. They even had fresh cookies for us each night! This was a relaxing retreat with craft breweries and wineries close by. Noble Shepherd craft brewery was a quick 3 minute drive! This B&B was also one of the only B&Bs in the Canandaigua area I researched that accommodated their pricing to the Covid limitations. Many other ones also had limits on amenities, but did not reflect that with their prices. Highly recommend this gem for a getaway! 

Girls’ Getaway

We really loved it here!  
Kevin was so welcoming and we felt very safe and comfortable during these Covid times.
The breakfast was delicious everyday, room was amazing- clean and cozy.  The house itself and grounds were beautiful.   We would highly recommend!

Perfect place to relax!

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights. The suite was large and comfortable. Ground floor private entrance. Gas fireplace with comfy sofa right in front. Large bathroom. Everything was great. Large gravel parking lot close to the building. 
We would stay again.

Adirondack Suite 

My partner and I stayed at Greenwoods in mid September 2020. The owner was communicative and very helpful in suggesting activities and eateries to try out! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and covered a wide range of tastes- each day my partner and I looked forward to seeing what was being served. They also had great coffee. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and serene. Due to COVID, there were some differences noted in how they usually run, but it was a very comfortable stay for us. They took COVID precautions seriously. I highly recommend and will certainly return! Also daily fresh baked cookies left outside of your room- enough said.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I stayed at Greenwoods B&B for three nights.  It was really nice.  Kevin made us feel very welcome without hovering.   He and his wife have done a great job of providing a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere while instituting excellent policies to keep us safe during this Covid-19 pandemic.   They provided  a delicious breakfast with each couple sitting at separate tables spaced around the inn. The inn is situated on several acres, away from noise and traffic, but a short driving distance to restaurants.  We were in the Chautauqua room which was bright and roomy.  The room was very quiet and comfortable. This B&B has several common areas that are very inviting to either relax alone or to visit with other guests.  I would definitely recommend Greenwoods B&B!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast

We arrived at the inn and were greeted by one of the owners, who showed us around the room and the rest of the inn. There were freshly baked cookies waiting for us which was such a nice touch. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and perfect. The rest of the inn is decorated in the same way. There's a room upstairs filled with movies and board games you can borrow, everything was just so cozy and inviting. The whole place was perfectly clean. Every morning we got to have an amazing breakfast cooked by the owners next to a gorgeous koi pond. At night we spent time in the hot tub, the room came with robes and slip ons for that, which again was such a nice touch. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners were super nice, the room was clean and beautiful, the property was gorgeous, the food was delicious. Just a perfect time. 

What a perfect place

My husband and I wanted a relaxing weekend away in the finger lakes area and were so happy we chose Greenwoods B&B for it!  We had a wonderful experience from the time we booked, to our check out. The B&B was clean, beautiful, and cozy. The common area for guests is fantastic with a real wood-burning fireplace, board games, large DVD collection to bring back to your room to watch, and lots of cozy places to read a book. The breakfast the hosts cooked was AMAZING! We were blown away with the creativity and quality! The breakfast alone was enough to make us want to come back again and again. The location was perfect for us as well. We were able to visit lots of breweries, wineries, and distilleries as well as go for some great hikes and visit local antique and pottery stores. We look forward to visiting Greenwoods again sometimes soon. We can not recommend this B&B more to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. We loved it!
