The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 24 hours. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A photo of the credit card used to reserve the room will be required upon booking. Additionally, a small test charge sent to the credit card on file will be required to be verified by the cardholder.
