Don't do it and don't let the price fool you. It's cheap for a reason. People actually live here because of credit or cheaper prices than the average apartment. I was wondering why the parking lot is full after 10 pm. Mandy is awesome she is the front desk receptionist, but don't get me started on the GM. I never got a call. Roaches everywhere. U have to buy your own roach spray to keep them at bay and even put towels at the front door so they won't come in. They come thru the faucets, the stove man if someone is cooking when u come in from work u already know what time it is. Please pay a little extra to live at peace. I have photos of roaches u name it. Unfortunately, I can't post. I stayed here for 2 months until I closed on my home and it was the worst experience ever. They never took care of the roach problem. Willowbrook mall is close and nice, but besides that, don't fall for it staying here. Just wish they could have put more attention into the roaches instead of painting and pressure washing the parking lot. 

Don't do it!

I don’t know how this hotel has so many good reviews. This is the filthiest, most cockroach infested hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My father and brother were staying in a room near us and there were roaches in the refrigerator, so they handed me their food to keep in my room’s refrigerator (no guarantee there weren’t any in ours, though). We watched roaches of different sizes and stages of life run along the walls and hide behind the headboard. There were multiple cigarette burns in the sheets. My father’s room smelled like sewage. We were so disgusted, and immediately went downstairs to see about changing rooms, but since we got to town late, the front desk was closed and there was nobody there to help us. Just unbelievable that there are any good reviews. I feel like most of these reviews were written by friends of the staff and owner. Spend a little more and stay somewhere you won’t feel so uncomfortable. It’s not worth it. I added a photo of the bedding and toilet. The roaches were all running too fast to take photos of.

Absolutely not.

I was in between housing had to leave my apartment as my house was being remodeled, what turned into a one-week stay ended up as a 3-week stay. The Staff is perfect all of them friendly and will provide you with everything you need. And surprisingly the "long stay" occupants have been more than welcoming. I have made lifetime friends here, the occupants and staff made it feel like Home. As I was leaving they were starting a remodel of the Hotel, I'm sure it will only make it more awesome! Very Happy with my Stay here.

Clean, Great Customer Service

My family and I stayed at this hotel while traveling thru Houston. The customer service was great, rooms were clean and there was a lot of places to eat and things to do in the area without having to go far.

When I checked in, I was greeted by a nice friendly smile, who seemed like she actually wanted to help.  The check in process was quick and easy, the young lady told me about the hotel rules.  I was quite surprised by how clean and tidy the hotel was.  Rooms are very nice, the nicest extended stay hotel I've personally stayed in.  I will defiantly be staying here from now on

GREAT, CLEAN ROOMS.

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a seminar for work. The place isn't new but it is well maintained. Beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. Check-in was a breeze, they had all my things ready to go so all I needed to do was sign my paperwork and I was ready to go. While I was there I did not have any issues but the staff always seemed willing to help as they asked how my stay was and if there was anything I need to just let them know.

Simple yet effective - I'll be back

We evacuated from LA during Hurricane Laura and needed a place to stay that was affordable for a few days. We found this location and the price for the week was great and not too much money. The whole staff made us feel welcome during our stay. Next time we are in Houston needing a place to stay we'll be back!

Refuge from the storm

I just recently checked into Woodspring suites Willowbrook and am already impressed with the staff and rooms. The rooms have full size refrigerators and stove tops where you can cook full meals. I was immediately greeted by the front desk. Kyle gave me a tour of the property and even helped unload my bags out of my car. For the price and what is offered you cant beat it. Will recommend to family and friends for future stays.

Over all the hotel itself isn't terrible, decent place for a decent price.. 24hr laundry and a kitchen! 
Management really needs to do something about their staff... You have one drinking with guests outside, acting in a very loud, obnoxious unprofessional manner... You have another, Joni I particular, sleeping with guest. My fiance included, which is how I know. According to her co-workers, this isn't the first time it has happened nor was he the only one she was having sex with.. She is disgusting! If you're looking for a quick nut, this is the place for you, just ask for Joni..

Stay away!!

Mostly, this is a secure and decent place to stay if you are in the Willowbrook area. The people are easy to get along with, and the surrounding area has just about anything you might want to shop for. There are however a few detractions. First and foremost, the wifi.

It is a public network that requires no login of any kind, and as they have no regulations, the network is usually congested to almost inoperability by gamers on their XBoxes and PlayStations. I travel full time for business, so wifi connections are critical for my job and the other projects I work on as a digital nomad. It was almost non-functional here, even with a VPN. All I heard for two weeks was excuse after excuse about how Comcast had been called, and the network statistics I performed clarified that both someone had set the router up in a reckless fashion, and they allowed people to run ramp shod over the network.

If you want your credit card, banking information, and personal info stolen, this is the place to come.

There was also the matter of the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, the junction box without a lock that turned into a fight with the kids to keep them out of, and the fact I killed at least one cockroach, usually about three, every night we were there. I don’t blame the housekeeping team for the roaches; I think it was more likely the previous tenants of our room. But now they know, and they will probably fix that on their own.

The mattresses need updating, and all the pillows are airline pillow flat. For the price you pay, it’s not a total loss, however I have been to other Woodsprings that are not owned by Gold Coast, and they were all much better handled.

We still have not discussed the toilet I asked on the first night for a maintenance person and a priest, because I was convinced a toilet demon possessed it. You could go to the bathroom, flush it, come back an hour later, the tank would be empty. Fill it with water from the sink, flush it, come back yet another hour later, it would be fine. The tank couldn’t decide when to fill or stay filled.

One of the particular staff told me when I asked for quarters they had none left. He was too into his phone to be bothered by a guest. Which explains why he did not, in a two-week time span, ever visit for the toilet with the aforementioned priest. When I asked the other girl behind the desk for the same roll of quarters in his absence, she handed them over politely and directly.

Believe it or not, I have still been in much worse, but if you rely on wifi for your business, do not stay here until they decide it’s worth it to them to get this under control unless you come with your own Internet tethering capabilities.
