This motel is dirty and uncomfortable.
They charged 7$ more than the price paid on Booking, since we wanted 2 separated bed instead of one: it was for an error on their system, but we were too tired to argue...
Just stepping inside the room we found a bug on the door, and it wasn't the only one: I've seen two other bugs in the bathroom.
There was no hairdryer in the room, and it was not possible to get one at the reception.
The only positive aspect is the short distance from the airport, but I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

Dirty, broken bed sheets, no food and water (even no vending machine). It is really expansive place since they give you nothing, and actually you feel really unconfortable. I would not go there even for free: I swear sleeping on a chair at the airport is better.

Horrible experience

Just horrible!  Before they took my payment they were nice as could be but that all changed once they had our payment.  We were promised a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room instead.  The room smelled horrible and my wife who suffers from asthma could not be in the room.  When we asked to change rooms they refused and said if we wanted a refund we had to pay cash since we "used" the room.  They considered the fact that we walked into the room as "use".  The time between payment and asking to change rooms or issue a refund was under 5 minutes!  They then claimed that the city of Houston doesn't allow refunds... ???  Just insane and abusive.  Had to book somewhere else and file a dispute with our credit card.  Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Dishonest, Deceitful and Rude

The price was cheap, we didin't expect too much but at this point it is disconcerted.
We took a non smoking room, when we enter there was big smoke of cigarette.
There is chew gum on our sheets and we won't speak about the dust!!!
Open the fridge and you'll have a Free nail :) apparently this person was hungry.
The staff are dishonest!
