Tried to get sugar for coffee all day, male manager rude, cold, and above my concerns.

I was told no compliments at night. I said I have been trying all day, and was told not my concerns. 

So very rude.

Unfortunately manager rude and no sugar for coffee

I stayed almost 6 months and had no problems. All my issues were taken care off promptly. There was a smoke free floor, instead of just a couple of rooms. After the first week, I was greeted by name and the housekeepers were very accommodating
about my schedule.

Good budget hotel

A friend booked this hotel online. Prior to check in we noted a couple of men sitting on the floor in the small lobby area. We requested to look at the kitchen area and a vacant room. Kitchen was nonexistent, room smelled horribly, carpets beyond nasty, unsavory types in and out. We decided not to stay here and lost money on the booking, but this place is clearly a risk to your health and safety. We should have taken pics, but were being observed by people who lived there, soo, no. Website pics are not reflective of how this hotel looks now. Beware !

Just no way !

This is a crack motel where you'll be staying with mostly prostitutes. The "manager" was a child who cussed and acted completely inappropriate for his supposed position. I will never be staying here again

Stay anywhere else

Where to start. Wifi bounces in and out. Had to use my own hotspot to even do any work on my laptop. Had issue with the water pressure going in and out. And kept loosing hot water. No one at the desk to help you. Once you do get someone and you tell them your problem. they act like they dont care. Hallways and stairs where always dirty. I wouldnt recommend staying here

There's never anyone down at the desk when you go needing help from someone. The whole building reeks of weed and cigarettes. They advertise free wifi but good luck getting it to work!! Management seems like they don't want to do anything with the wifi problems.

Horrible stay!!!

We stated in Decatur Ill Country Hearth and I felt like I was having things crawl on me.  Then I had bites on me and found a bug in our bed.  I took it to the head desk clerk and we left.  They said they gave me a refund but it doesn't show on my bank statement
