Very interesting hotel. The first time I ever stayed in a room with a full size Jacuzzi. The Inn and rooms were dated, but clean. The room was huge, like two rooms put together. No vending, bar or restaurant at the hotel. There was a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The staff was very nice and offered us the Jacuzzi room for the same price as the queen room we requested. Worth the experience.

Interesting experience

***DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL*** Find another place in the area. Unfriendly staff. Double booking rooms, the couple on the other side got a show as I had JUST COME OUT OF THE SHOWER. Deactivating keys to the rooms AND arguing with us to get new ones. Stench of weed at night in the hallway while trying to sleep. Dirty sheets that you have to make the bed yourself when requesting new ones. This was the WORST hotel stay I've ever had. I will never be back and will make sure none of the people I care about go here. I have no idea how people can rate this place 5 stars. The owner and the staff could care less about helping you with any issues, let alone getting a refund for such an incredibly terrible experience. Booked through Hotwire and they could care less about helping as well. Terrible experience, from setting foot inside to leaving.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Stayed last week for a night. The hotel is nice and clean and the beds super comfy. Breakfast was nothing amazing- but the price was right considering the options in Lake Geneva. I would definitely stay again!

Comfy beds

Seriously, we didn't expect much given the nightly price, but the beds were uncomfortable, the towels were threadbare and tiny tiny, the decor extremely outdated.  The room was dark and musty.  The sink was cracked and the hot water took awhile to come up.  The toilet paper was 1ply and scratchy (I went out and bought some).  We were were left with 2 towels (there are two of us) and I went downstairs to ask for 2 more towels and the owner/manager asked me to bring the other 2 towels back and she would replace.  She could not understand that I wanted a total of 4 towels to use.  Finally I got through to her.  Bottomline, we did not have a choice to stay here as a mess up in scheduling put us here for 3 nights, in the future, I will pay the difference to stay elsewhere.

At least we felt safe

The hotel is outdated, which is not necessarily a deciding factor, but the rooms have a musty odor. The towels were extremely small and thin and the bedspreads were dingy looking. There are so many other options in the Delavan/Lake Geneva area to stay at

Didn’t have high expectations, but disappointed.

Nice people. Well kept property, albeit dated. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable.  Shower worked well. Limited access to facilities because of Covid. No breakfast because Covid. Good place for a cheap price.

Good enough. Fairly clean.

Finding a clean motel with large rooms, everything you need and everything working without any bad smells for only $65 plus taxes per night in an area like Lake Geneva is incredible. Yes the breakfast wasn't anything to crow about but at that price I was happy to get any breakfast at all. There were no stains in the tub or on the sheets, all the drains worked perfectly. I saw no scuff marks in the hallway or the rooms so it must have been redecorated recently. The carpeting in the hallway looked new. One thing I especially liked was that it had soft water. I'm used to having soft water at home and when the water is hard I just feel "sticky" after a shower.
My only real objection was that the toilet was very tiny. I never saw such a small toilet but that was really my only complaint.
I would definitely come back next time I'm staying in the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin area.

This is another place that lived up to its reviews

The rates were so overstated just because of a concert in the area. Like 3x as much as regular and even the regular rate is too much for this place. Lobby smelled of moth balls, I will let the pictures show you how nice and updated the rooms were.

This hotel is dated, dingy and musty. Charges a ridiculous rate for a night on the weekend. Booked a king with a jacuzzi, and received an ordinary double room.....no adjustment of price and manager put the blame on the booking site. The toiletries are a sliver of soap accompanied by ragged towels. Breakfast is  not worth the effort to find the "breakfast" room. Yes it was a surprise, as another reviewer wrote...but nothing about it was pleasant.

Overpriced and Disappointing

First of all, don’t let the negative reviews scare you. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Upon arrival, we noticed how clean the place looks. When we arrived at our room, it both looked and smelled clean. The beds are memory foam and are honestly the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. I’m actually writing this in bed at the hotel, as we check out tomorrow. There is a coffee pot, microwave and fridge in the room. I would suggest brining your own toiletries and ask for extra towels upon check in if there are more than two people staying in the room. Also, there is no elevator, but there are only two floors, and it’s an easy climb from the lobby to the second floor. Definitely not a deterrent! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
