The room and property were fine. Problem is someone went into room and rifled through belongings. Security took information and said they would review the tapes. Knocked a few dollars off the bill and acted like it was no big deal. I’m appalled. Not sure if this is a safe place for guests. Especially being a woman, security is paramount in your room. Can’t comprehend their cavalier attitude. Nothing was stolen probably because no jewelry or cash was left in the room. So very disappointed.

wow the people was really nice there they had a whole lot of choices the casinos was hoping with people wining jackpots and they have had some many people from going into the different radio going on there I which I through they were really nice there

The people in the next room played music (loud) from 3am till around 8am. Security came and the music never stopped. The front desk said “ we’re open 24hrs and people like to party” casino is all good

We won’t be staying here anymore!

I frequent the hotel often and have no com ppl laints. There is only one member of the staff that I don't particularly care for and I so believe the feeling is mutual so in my opinion we atleast have an understanding and I'm fine with that as never will one go anywhere and be liked by everyone ever. So overall I can't speak highly enough for the professionalism of the staff and admire the high level standard they set for themselves to take care of all visitors unconditionally and consistently. Thanks always for everything and be careful

Always a pleasure

This place has really gone down hill.  No valet, no housekeeping, windows are filthy and whole place looks dirty.  Casino isn't planned out well.  I did more walking looking for machines than gambling.

The hotel staff are so nice. The young man that switched out our refrigerator was so polite and I loved his necktie. My host Mike Hester is great. The pizza at the Cafe was very good and fresh. Easy to check 8nand check out on the TV

Girls get away

First thing they said only one restaurant open, not true room service was available even though the tv said it wasn't.  Went to the grill spent over 50 and got cold, raw bacon.  Complain to manager, not helpful or agreed to remake my sandwiches.  Blood in the bathroom, tv had very little channels and was unplugged.  Spent lots of money wish I stayed somewhere else.  Manager and front desk personnel wasn't helpful.  Bathroom was gross. Didn't even shower. Wish a manager would of spoken to me. 

Terrible experience would give zero

Been here several times when it was Horseshoe. Was ok then. Now Caesars terrible.
1. Hotel has hidden charges of 15.00 per day on top of regular room fees.
2. I spent nearly 1000.00 in losses . Absolutely no comps. Would not apply anything to my hotel bill.
3.No cocktail waitresses.
4. No where to eat. A steak house that didn't open until wed night and reservations full until next month. But only 4 or 5 people eating.
5. No breakfast buffet or lunch buffet.
6. Vending machines only had drinks. Awful!
7. Room though was fantastic.
8. After years, not going back to this place. Been to casinos every where. This absolutely the worst ever.

Worst Ever

Room was very musty smelly and the air was humid/stuffy. Condensation from the windows dripped on the floor. Room cleaning was not provided which was frustrating when stay several days. Regardless or smoking/non smoking rooms, we could still notice smoke smell.

Cheap

Where to start… I had stayed at this property when it was a boat. They have remodeled put your walking shoes on. All the food locations but not open…. Million dollar steak house. Screw gordan Ramsey! Rude asf! Slot host was a joke. This is why I stay at MGM because Caesars has turned into the Walmart of casinos. How in the world did I have 2 accounts? There is sooo much wrong with this place that this can’t hold the whole review.
