I recently stayed at the Park Motel while doing work in town. The room was clean, I received housekeeping on the days I wanted my room serviced. The staff is really hands on. I would definitely stay here again.

great rooms great rate

Stayed for work the property was very clean tip-top condition. I enjoyed myself there. Everything is around there such as shopping, restaurants, car wash. And the young lady at the front is Very Professional , FUNNY as ever and hands on👍🏽

Great quite stay

I wanted to sit down and write this review and give credit due where it is due. My name is Bryan and I'm passing through the Denison Iowa area staying the night at the Park Motel.
 I had the opportunity to talk with the Manager Nancy. A very nice good hearted Gal. Makes a person feel right at home, very hospitable place and they treat their guests good. The Rooms a very decent!!
  So the two reviews on here should be disregarded and ignored. My overall opinion of this place is a very good one.
 I highly recommend this Motel to all Travelers on highways 30 and 59 to stop in at the Park Motel for a good night's rest.
 If you are gonna stay in Denison, then stay HERE!! We as Americans need to support our local American Run small

Better Than You Would Expect.

This hotel was clean, but no hair dyer, or coffee pot or coffee available in the morning.  $100 was too much to pay for the quality of this hotel. We had stayed in this hotel one year ago and hair dyer and coffee pot with coffee was in the room and a simple breakfast was included.

Not good value.

The whole motel reeks of urine. The facilities are run down and in extreme need of renovation. The lobby closes from 12pm-1pm for lunch (the first time I have ever seen this at a motel). 

The room, itself, does not look anything like the pictures and is small and dingy with dated furniture. The carpet is gross and damp, the urine smell engulfs the room, and it was questionable whether the sheets had been washed. The bathroom is tiny and moldy. I would highly recommend not staying here.

We haved stayed here in the past but they newly remodeled rooms were terrific and the complementary brecfasts were outstanding. The management went out of there way to be helpful. We certainly will be staying here in the future.

It's a friendly person inn..nice looking from street..the rooms are so spacious and clean...nice big plasma tv on cute little dresser...table & chairs to enjoy..cute lamps when on gives room a cozy homey feeling...nice thick comforter & soft blankets on foot of bed...room had countertop with sink..the bath very nice...outside room  table/chairs ...nice grassy area. This is a very cozy warm inn...

Very nice

Stayed here two nights and the room was clean and the air conditioning worked as did the TV.  The bathtub drain backed up so that wasn't good.  Had a room by the stairs so it was very noisy with people going up and down so next time we will stay in a room away from the stairs. Beds were comfortable and clean.  Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, snack bars, pre-made pancakes, oatmeal packets, coffee and Sunny D juice first day and no juice the second day.  Desk clerks were friendly and accommodating.  Will stay here again when we visit relatives in Iowa.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms

Stayed here two nights again and rooms were clean, updated, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Also had a small refrigerator and microwave.  Desk clerks were very nice as well.  Will stay again this fall when we come back to visit relatives.
