Clean. Quite. Safe. And super nice staff. I was pleasantly suprised driving up to the hotel because you can tell by looking at the outside it is very clean and taken care of.
I absolutely loved my night. Best nights sleep I had in some time. Nice little breakfast. Everything was very clean. I can't stress that enough. 
Pet friendly with plenty of room outside in the grass.

We cancelled the evening before our trip and Mike, the manager of Urbana Inn, could not possibly have been nicer.  He had every right to be unhappy with us, but he was very kind and understanding.  We are looking forward to actually being able to stay at the Urbana Inn.

We had to cancel due to a family member getting Covid.

We found the staff to be pleasant and  accommodating, with that "can-do" attitude.
The meeting rooms were clean, safe, and updated.
We enjoyed the beautiful countryside location.
Looking forward to returning to Urbana Inns and Suites, Urbana, Iowa.

Bluegrass jamming weekend

We were very impressed by this hotel!!  We had a minor problem in our room, and the staff immediately addressed it.  They weren't able to quickly fix it, so they upgraded us to an even nicer suite than where we started.  They were incredibly friendly and helpful.  Both rooms we stayed in were amazing!  The suites are themed, and we started in the Oceanside room and ended in the Roman Room.  It reminded me of the Hotel Pattee in Perry, Iowa.  I highly recommend this as a great get away hotel.

Fabulous service, awesome rooms

We were able ungraded to ground floor 
We are older.  Husband likes cable tv news 
I like swimming.   We both got what we needed.    Restaurant was nearby 
Staff are friendly and helpful

Good value fair prices 

This is a really good deal, clean, and professionally run. It's also a good location. The ambiance of the area is quite nice — farm fields, filled with corn stalks, and pretty countryside all around. Hotel staff is quite accommodating, and pleasant. We will stay here again, many times!

Really nice place, worth a visit!

Great place for us to spend overnight for a Hawk game. Easy drive in to Iowa City for the ballgame or back out afterwards. Inexpensive and clean. Customer service is an A+. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but for the room price it doesn’t need to be.

Hawkeye Game

A little dated but very clean. The lady at the desk was very sweet and they had pizza you could get which was really nice since we syopped in late and there wasnt much to eat around. Nice and quiet and off the beaten path a bit even though it was right off the interstate. 

Just passing through

I am saying this because I was trying to get a room tonight. yes it's two in the morning but it's a hotel they need to answer the goddamn phone. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody I don't care if it's out in The Boondocks! I would tell him to drive to Waterloo and get a hotel there

Don't matter

The place is getting older you can tell but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's located at eth end of a dead end street so it is very quiet. The receptionists in the evening and morning were nice. The price was right as well. I'd stay there again.
