!!!!!Great place to stay I been here for a few weeks and the custom service has been amazing over all !!!!! 

Just a lot of loud construction and remodeling and they should have more pet control come!!!!

Stayed on Thursday night and I didn’t finish my stay while using the bathroom a roach was crawling on the floor then kept me up all night and while in bed a roach was in my bed  too it was my worst experience ever and they would not give me my full refund they said I should have checked out from the first 30 minutes the roaches didn’t come out till about 5 am and they was not very friendly or caring at all.

The Worst Experience ever.

The place was absolutely disgusting!! Flight was cancelled and I had limited choices in where I was able to stay since it was very late in the evening. I was dropped off and should have just turned back around. When I entered the room, the deadbolt lock was barely hanging on the door by a screw, the couch was ripped to shreds, the stove looked as if it was brought in from the alley, and when I turned on the light in the bathroom, Roaches were everywhere. When I went back to the front desk to return the key, the front desk clerk acted surprised and when I showed him pics, he questioned whether or not I had just taken them. He then offered me another room. I hightailed it out of there and stayed at the Airport. Forward to today, when I called to ask for a receipt of this charge, the lady who answered the phone did not even identify herself as an employee or acknowledged that I called the right place. I asked her for a receipt and was told that she could not get me a receipt and that I would have to call and speak to the manager. When I asked for the manager name's she could not give it me over the phone and that he would be in later.

The worst!

I showed up with the booking sheet in my hand that was already paid and they didn't even let me in. I had to spend a night at the airport waiting for the next flight. They're unreliable. I turned to Lastminute for the refund and they told me that they have to write an email to them (I don't know where their email is) to get me to make a sheet where they explained their overbooking and they would later refund me. They don't even realize the difficulty they put a person in despite the payment already taken from their credit card Ivan

Hotel was closed for maintenance at arrival even though we received a confirmation e-mail 12 hours before arrival. Receptionist was not helpful finding alternative accommodation. While we where there several guest came and discovered the same as us. 
Looked like a place where a murder would happen.

Don’t book

I stayed here for only a week and I'm still traumatized. I booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite, but when I got there I was told there weren't any available, so I was given a room with two beds. At first glance, the room didn't look too bad, but the longer I was there, the more I started to notice. The front door isn't put on correctly, which didn't make me feel safe at all, so I put my luggage up against the door. One day, they were power washing outside and all the water went through the cracks and got my luggage and the floor all wet. The bathroom door is also not put on correctly. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, the blankets had cigarette burns on them, and the toilet didn't properly  flush so I had to constantly fill the tank to get it to flush. One curtain had a slash through it while the other was hanging off of the curtain rod and the sink was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention there were flies and roaches everywhere. I was almost afraid to go to sleep. I expected better considering the location. Do not book here.

The Roach Motel

So i had a two day booking , i got to the hotel around 9pm the front desk guy said we don’t have any room, i told him that i have a reservation that i had booked with priceline 3 weeks ago. Then he gave me a room ..i go to the room the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. The room didn’t have a phone to call the front  desk and online they only take you to reservation and all that when you call. So I ended up going back to the front desk. They told me that was the last room and they didn’t have any room. So I told him what am I gonna do it at this time of the day and by this time it was already about 10 PM. So he offered me another room but told me that the lock does not work on that and it can only be locked from the inside. Luckily i was traveling alone so I accepted it but was fearful of my safety .Now this other room was missing the blanket and towels . I went back to the front desk to request a blanket and some towels. The rep then told me to go back to the room and a the housekeeper will bring it to me in the room. I waited waited for about an hour but no one showed up. Again i went back to the front desk for the fifth time. This time someone brought me the blanket after about half hour. tImagine if i had any family member with me…😤😤😤now the next day early morning someone was banging my door coz as soon as i open the security lock the guy asked me why i was in there then I explained him What had happened last night..since it was a two day booking while i was leaving for the day to Come for My last night of stay I thought to give them a last chance and before i left the hotel i was promised a proper room. I came back after my day ended now they say they don’t have a room for me again…now i got pissed off..which is i think normal for anyone in my situation…the only answer they gave me was call the booking company which was priceline… now i called priceline for a resolution they say they cannot do
Anything as i had a non refundable booking…this was completely BS. 

Please please please Stay away from this hotel
It Is owned by some Indian people..who lied priceline  when they called. I am not blaming all Indian people but the people that own and run the hotel..specially the guy at the front desk…who is there till midnight….

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY …PRICE MIGHT SEEM ENTICING BUT TRUST ME THIS IS MY Worst stay ever

At first when I arrive at Oyo hotel Irving TX, I was told there is no room for me, am like u kidding I booked this 2 weeks ago and later they give me a room that can only be locked from the inside and cannot be locked from the outside omg what a nightmare.  The room is dirty as it come, microwave is rusted inside, refrigerator does not work, hotel have mold. I certainly will not recommend this to anyone.

Worst place ever

Flew into DFW during ice storm. Connecting flight was canceled so my cousin and I had to book a room for the night. Most places we called were booked and shuttles weren't running. It was after 9pm so our options were limited. We were desperate and didn't take the time to read any reviews which will never happen again. We would have been better off sleeping in the airport, but hindsight is 20/20. We booked this place reluctantly taking their last room which was a smoking 2 bed 2 bath room. When our Uber driver dropped us off, we knew we were in trouble. The frontdesk clerk took his time even acknowledging us when we walked in. Eventually he gave us our room number and key. Then he proceeded to tell us that their elevator was broken and to watch for ice on the outdoor stairs as we carried our bags up to the 3rd floor. We managed to drag our bags up the icy stairs and made it to our room. We did get a 2 bed 2 bath place with a kitchenette, but it was nothing like we expected. The trash under the sink was overflowing with cans, used paper plates and pizza boxes (see pictures). When I called the front desk to ask them to come and get the trash, I was told that housekeeping would take care of it tomorrow. I said I won't be here tomorrow and asked if someone could come up with a trash bag to take it and was told they would tomorrow. We knew we were out of luck. They put a 'No Vacancy' sign on their lobby door and left. There is too much disgust and disrepair to tell about the rooms themselves, but I cannot believe the department of health would allow them to operate. Two TV's and neither worked, toilets barely flushed. The room was freezing so we ran the wall heater full blast all night. We slept in our clothes and put plastic sheeting between us and the bed. We slept maybe 2 hours and called for an Uber to pick us up at 5am. We could not get out of there fast enough. I only took a few pics to show my husband, but should have taken more to report them to the housing authority. This place should be condemned!

Worst experience ever! STAY FAR AWAY!!

Let me tell the story. We were travelling for a funeral.  We booked a room with OYO as a package deal on Expedia.  Our flight came in late – after 11pm. When we checked in, we were told that the room we reserved was having plumbing problems and we could have a different room for $60 more (3 nights). I asked the employee why would we pay extra for a room that you are moving us to? His answer was that he was following policy - he is just an employee. Then he said that if I wait 30 minutes, maybe the plumbing problem would be fixed (for a frame of reference, this is at midnight Friday night).  I go outside to discuss the matter with my spouse, we come back in and we are told the room is ready.  We take the key up to the room, and it does not work. We go back down to tell the employee. He comes to try our key and cannot make it work. He goes to get a master key - at least that works.  As we waited, we could see that the curtains are falling apart. We enter the room and are instantly disappointed, but not surprised. We found peeling paint on the walls, the bathroom door had hard evidence of a dog chewing it's way out the bathroom, the light fixtures on the ceiling had no covers, and kitchenette counter top had an area about a foot long that had the outer layer peeled off, exposing the wood underneath, AND the sheets were not changed from the last “guest”, except that the pillow cases looked fresh. It was midnight, we had to get up at 5:30 to rent a car and while we are waiting for Lyft, I see a prostitute standing outside – I realized what the “plumbing problem” really was, and why the sheets looked used. We did not return to the hotel for the rest of our stay – and were told we couldn’t check out early and get a refund (prepaid through Expedia).  So – they kept our money, too! The only thing that kept us there that night was that my bed bug inspection found no bugs.
