Great location and functional room with space and basic amenities.  Downside is that nobody seems to be maintaining anything.  Has a hot tub and sauna where they just put up a sign saying it was being worked on (which it wasnt).  No salt or maintenance of the parking lot, etc.   Didnt see anyone working there the entire visit.  

Christmas Trip

Although the reviews are correct that you can walk to a lot from this location, the fact that it backs up to a car rental lot/facility that makes noise at all hours and that you can only park one vehicle at the timeshare, having to move that one every day by 10am in the winter in case they plow is very tedious and unwelcoming. Our group was dealing with the flu and having to go scrape the car off and move it, without any idea when you can move it back and even if they would plow was a bummer. The spa and sauna are closed and it is the dead of winter. They are old facilities that don't look like they are closed for a couple days for repairs. The unit is dated but clean and well maintained and supplied. 

Mixed location. Not a resort.

Pros
* The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Cons
* We chose this place due to the amenities of Hot tub/jacuzzi/Sauna.  We knew the pool would be closed as it was outside and it's October.  Checked website and nothing about any amenities being "out of service" - yet all of them - hot tub/jacuzzi/sauna were closed, but they chose not to notify any of their upcoming occupants. 
* The check in clerk was robotic - unfriendly, unhelpful and basically a warm body sitting behind the desk.
* There are 24 units that I can see on this property - but only 17 parking spaces and 1 handicap space - so it's first come first serve and good luck finding a place to park around here with all the "no parking 2am to 6am" signs - and this was off season/Shoulder season.
* They turned off our water without notice - while my husband was in the shower with soap in his hair and beard.  What a cluster.......
* Yes there are washers and dryers - but the dryers are broken/not working.  Yes I would like to wash my clothes and then make my condo room a dryer station. I don't think so!!!   Had the washers/dryers worked in the condo it would have cost us $2.50 for a full load.  Instead we had to go to the laundromat and spend $7.00 for a full load - triple the cost of the condo.  YET information that would have been good to know when packing for this trip - that nothing worked in this condo we were staying in.
* The condo literally sits on the highway - can hear vehicles driving by ALL the time, even with the windows shut you can hear every car/truck/semi drive by.  If you are a light sleeper or want to have quiet, this isn't the place for you.
* Replacement trash bags for the 13 gallon trash can in the kitchen were small size for the bathroom trash cans so the kitchen trash only held a little bit of trash in the tiny bag replacements and tore just looking at them.
* When checking in we were told it's upstairs - we asked for a downstairs and "none was available" We have been here for a week now and have noticed multiple rooms downstairs that no one was in the entire week - Unsure why we could not have had a downstairs as requested.

At least the room was nice

Great location 2 blocks from the town square.  However, on site dryers and hot tub were not working the entire week.  The dishwasher and oven in our unit did not work.  There were multiple mousetraps visible in the unit.  This is a 24 unit resort.  WE had a 2 bedroom but somewhat small but ok for 2 people.

Great location but maintenance issues

An old motel now converted to condos for time share.  Room to sleep six with two bedrooms and a murphy bed in the living room area.  The only table is a kitchen table for eating - no table other than that for playing games or spreading out a jigsaw puzzle.  No desk.  Very nice kitchen that was well-equipped with appliances & cookware.  Full-size refrigerator. Parking is very limited, might not even be enough for a single car per unit. Pool is not particularly clean and needs better maintenance. A short walk from down town and a large number of shops and restaurants.  Front desk hours are limited and arriving during designated check-in times is very important.  Beds are high enough that getting in them would be easier with a step stool.  Hot water was occasionally erratic, with only cold water coming for a while even when the control was all the way to hot.  Turning to cold and then back to hot usually would fix it. 

In summary nice place to stay, but no other activities.  Getting out and about is probably what you are there for and it is a very convenient place for doing exactly that.

Older but convenient

Our first time to Wyoming was fantastic! The Town Center Resort suited our needs very well. Location was great. We had an easy walk to downtown Jackson and enjoyed strolling each evening. The drive to the Tetons and Yellowstone was great and easy. Thanks to Henri and Brian for all of your help in easing our apprehensions. We had very few concerns with our unit, but who goes to Jackson to spend time indoors? Parking was no problem, but there is a public ramp a couple of blocks away within an easy walk. We would recommend this resort for a good vacation to Wyoming

Jackson Hole

Room was perfect for our visit. A little dated but it was clean and worked for our needs. We ventured out most of the time and spent little time in the room. It was a great location to everything on the square with just a short walk. Though we were there in the off season it was pretty quiet. Parking was challenging without the crowds. 

Family vacation

This is a smaller development, with only a few units. Walking distance to downtown. Unit was nice with plenty of space. DVD player only in a bedroom, rather in living room, which is too bad. Shoulder season so many amenities unavailable.

Great location

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the resort because we drove and explored the Teton Valley as well as Yellowstone. It was very close to the historic area with lots of shopping available. Sal, the office manager, was tremendous — very helpful and extremely enjoyable to visit!

Not Fancy, But Very Comfortable!

Great downtown location, able to walk to town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Not very much furniture for a two bedroom but was ok just for 3 ppl. If you have more than 4 ppl someone will be in the floor. Check in and out with no issues. Would stay here again.
