This was the worst experience we ever had , they ofer free wifi , but we havent it, the recepcionist didnt want to help us , she just said you need to recive a code on your gmail to have wifi, and leave us talking in the front desk, she was realy rude, the kitchen does not have a pan or one cup we bought it for the week , the room was smelling smoke , there wasnt housekeeping , no paper at the bathdrom, we leave 4 days before and pay all week , they said as politic rules they couldnt return nothing no matter if we stay all the time with no wifi , room for smokers,awful, we want our money back !!Never ever stay at this place , they even said that you need to live there is not for turist is for long residence people.Return the money if you dont give the things you offer.

A really bad experience with no wifi.

Great location for a room near UNF. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Could be a great place to stay with new cleaning staff.. The floors in our room needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the hallways were horrible (looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks). Our counters needed a good wipe down. Mattress was too soft, needs to be replaced. It was a 2 star at best.

Great staff, poor cleaning

I've been a regular here for months. It's a budget hotel and so you have to be willing to make a few compromises. This being given, its staff consistently does a great job and  provides true value to their guests..

Great Staff, Service & Value

Ended up staying in motels during Hurricane Matthew because everyone was so distracted you couldn't find a place to rent. Anyway, ended up spending a week at this weekly hotel.The front desk manager was rude to the guest ahead of me. I checked in at 11am and my room wasnt cleaned. She said come back in 2 hours. I drove around for 2 hours and it still wasn't done. I was dying of thirst so I asked for a drink of water. She said they had no cold water and offered me hot water. 5 hours later the room was cleaned. 
They only allow you one roll of toilet paper and 2 towels per week, and the maid only left us half a roll. There is no change machine in the laundry room.The security guard kept picking on my elderly father who has Alzheimers-once because dad was upset and went out to sit in the car. The guard was banging on my door at 10pm after my father already came back in.Then another employee and the guard yelled down at me because my dad was outside in his boxers, which was rude because my father was standing right there.I made the mistake of stepping out on the balcony in my bare feet and the guard told me I'm not allowed.
he manager called me while I was at work saying I owed another week's payment and would be charged a late fee. I said I would call my father to pay her. They would not accept his payment over the phone (by then he had gotten another room somewhere else). So when I picked up my son after work and drove to the motel, the door was locked. I found the guard and he said the office was closed and I could not pay, but we could get our things. He stood and watched while we threw everything in bags. I could not believe my son and I were being evicted down 3 flights of stairs at 8pm at night!

Absurd

I have never had such horrible service.  Your pictures on your website to do describe the condition of this hotel.  Nothing matches not the room, not the service nothing! I wasn't able to get my room until after 8pm.  Not only that the manager had to come open the door and she never gave us a key. I booked 2 double beds because I had 3 people with me and only was given 1 bed.  I asked for nonsmoking and I have asthma and couldn't breathe because of how much smoke was in that room.  The dogs barking ALL NIGHT! I LOVE DOGS, but come on you should be able to control your dog.  There was actual people smoking drugs on the stairs ALL night long.  The manager refused to refund us our money or provide us with a different room.  The lobby was disgusting I have pictures.  They had sticks holding door open so people can come in and out huge issue with security.  I should not have to pay for this room. Yes, I booked through priceline, but what was described on your website is not true and honest information.  The manager was horrible, completely unprofessional and didn't care about our concerns AT ALL.  I felt unsafe, but who was going to keep complaining all night I was there on a business trip and had to work the next day at 6am.  Grab and go breakfast was no where to be seen as what is described.  This hotel is a NIGHTMARE.

Completely Horrible

Terrible had bed bugs and staff did nothing didn't give me another room or anything just came and looked I mean I was bite from head to toe ears and all people up all time of night standing around the hallway
