Terrible… roaches in the room, mold and mildew through out the bathroom and the ceilings, bathroom and sink fixtures coming apart from the walls. Employees never cleaned the rooms and never bought fresh towels. Rooms looked like it had been water damaged from a hurricane.  Asked for iron front desk had no clue where to find one!!  Stopped asking front desk for assistance as they were clueless!!!  Bad experience would not recommend to even my dog!!! Was their from Louisiana for a funeral and was so disappointed in the rooms.  Great location!!  HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!

Waffles and no eggs or sausage! This is not a hotel it is an overpriced motel sitting near the airport waiting to have former employees steal your luggage. I had to contact the authorities after my room was burglarized and the staff did nothing about it but tell me, a paid guest, that I was trespassing. This made me very suspicious and I decided to investigate. Let me tell you ladies and gentlemen the report on this motel is no good. Stay away from these independent owned properties and go with the winner brands that aim to please. These dumps are not worth the few dollars that you save staying near the airport and risking your life!

Nothing to write home about!

I got locked out my room and as I went to the front desk. There was nobody there. I knocked and rung the door bell for almost 2 hours. I’m not from Jacksonville. I left all my belongings in the room. Therefore  no phone, wallet or anything. I ended up sleeping in my car until the next morning. The first room I received was horrible. The tv or phone didn’t work and there were bugs in the room as well. They give me another room which still had bugs in there but it wouldn’t have matter anyway because I slept in my car. So unprofessional 


Horrible

This place is disgusting. Dont waste your time or your money. There was black mold growing out of the walls and the carpets. Beside one bed there was actual mushrooms growing from the floor. I definitely won't be going back!!

Disgusting!!

We stopped for the night on the way to Orlando.  We would've been better to sleep in our vehicle.  the clock or tv didn't work and there were no lightbulbs in the lamps.  That was the least of it.  The room smelled horrible and there were roaches in the toilet.  We didn't eat anything from there.  The front desk staff were the only positive about this hotel.  I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

Filthy nasty smelled of mold and mildew and ROACH infested rooms. Staff seemed not to care. You couldn't pay me to stay there. It was so nasty I refused to eat the breakfast they served. People stomping on the floor in the room above me, Probably stomping on ROACHES!!

NASTY

Stayed here for 1 night while passing through. Upon entering the room, we were hit with a damp foisty smell. We also had ants and other bugs crawling around the room. The floors were filthy, ended up with black feet. They obviously take no pride in there rooms, they still have pencil marks on the walls where they’ve hung mirrors etc. Swimming pool had not be cleaned in years, full of green slime. Why bother advertising it when people can’t use it! Breakfast is ok, just a shame the elderly man looking after here has some questionable hygiene standards. Overall, the place is awful.

Mouldy, dirty and smelly!

The surroundings and feel of this Days Inn is not family friendly.  Because the computer and hard copies of guest records did not match, we initially  were placed in a room already housing guests.  When we arrived in our new room, the room’s chair and carpet had bad stains, the sink and shower had hair from previous guests, and there was a huge hole in the bathroom wall.  The pictures I found on the web of this Days Inn before booking this room did not match the facility we stayed at.

Horrible experience

The manager(Brandon) took a $60 deposit from me upon arrival @ 12am. Then when i checked out he would only give me $40 dollars when it clearly says on my receipt that i have him a $60 deposit. Called corporate and they told me they werent even supposed to be taking deposits @ that location! They gave us a moldy room downstairs than moved us upstairs to a room with a hole in the wall and spots all on the carpet. They need an expector to come out and check those rooms downstairs b/c they shouldn't be putting people in rooms with mold in it!  Housekeeping was rude. Before i checked out housekeeping peeked in my room while the curtain was halfway open( i felt like that was an complete invasion of privacy). Only things available for breakfast was cereal and yogurt. Overall i had the wost experience EVER!
