I will NEVER stay at this location again. From the outside, this place looked it would be really nice. The lobby even gave the same sense. But once you go to check in, the mood quickly shifts. The front desk clerk (Who barely spoke English and had a very heavy accent) asked me to give her my drivers license and credit card. Now let me say that in itself is not unusual. However, apparently Wyndham has a new process to speed up the check in process. You go through this lengthy online process where you upload your ID and a credit card for (Incidentals). The idea behind the process is to speed up the check in. I went through the process the night before at a LaQuinta, it worked as it was supposed to. All the clerk had to do was give me my room keys. It did not work the same way at Marble Waters. As mentioned the clerk asked me again for my license and credit card, when I asked her why she said that she needed to make an actual charge of $50 for incidentals. Never have I ever been charge for incidentals until I had some incidentals. When i protested she said I would get the money back in 3 business days. So they took the money immediately, but I have to wait to get it back. Today 7/17/2024 is day three, the credit had better show up by tomorrow. That was the check in process...the rooms have old furniture that has been torn up an covered with cheap covers to hide the damage. Carpeting is old and warn. If this hotel comes up on your search for a place, PLEASE, keep looking!

I WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Ew. I wish I would have read reviews before booking and using my free night. The outside looks great. It makes the guest feel like the inside is going to be amazing. NOT THE CASE. Everything inside was old and stained and torn. Inside looks like makeup on a pig. The armchair in room even had a "pet style" furniture cover. I found myself constantly paranoid about bed bugs. A lamp in the room had a blown bulb and didn't turn on, the remote didn't work, and some of the sheets were stained along one side which what appeared to be a faded red/brown spatter. There were 3 places for those built-in hand soap bottles, but only one bottle was present, it wasn't even attached to the wall, and the bottle was empty. It was late when we checked in so I just dealt with it and left the next morning.

Hotel needs updating but clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times and really love the pool,
Staff is very friendly and helpful .
There is no restaurant in the hotel but many spots across the highway. This is a convenient location as well.

Marble waters

This afternoon while I was driving down Kernan Blvd, there was tornado warning issued for the area. It said to seek shelter immediately. The weather was absolutely insane and very dangerous. Since I had my child with me (who was absolutely terrified), we pulled into the parking lot of the closest building, which was the Marble Waters Hotel. The weather kept getting worse and for safety we sought shelter inside the hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I explained to the woman at the front desk that there was a tornado warning and we were just seeking shelter for a few minutes. She told us we were not guests so we needed to leave. I asked if we could just stand in the lobby for a couple minutes until the worst of the storm passed. She said the hotel was not a shelter and we needed to go. I understand it is not illegal for them to not allow us to stay, but I found it to be extremely cold and callous. If this is their compassion level during an emergency situation, I can only imagine what the customer service is like. I imagine this behavior explains why the parking lot is always empty and the reviews are so low.

Yikes! Terrible First Impression

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 
I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my points on a weekend here.  The first room we were in the ac didn't work properly and some of the electrical wasn't working. Once we were moved to another room it was so late we were just happy that the ac worked and wanted to go to sleep. Each room has a jacuzzi tub but they charge you an additional $35 to use it. When we asked to have ours turned on they said that it wasn't working! We went down to the pool area to use the hot tub and were told that wasn't working either! The pool had way too much chlorine and made our skin after being in it for about minutes. The restaurant is not even in service which was one reason we chose this place! It's just been strike after strike and we are normally very patient people but enough is enough. I want our points back!

Worst Hotel in the Wyndham portfolio!

I had booked this hotel earlier November 30th to stay someplace with my boyfriend and I. I had booked a single night through their own website, the payment was taken out and I had the confirmation email. When i got there at around 1:30am the receptionist had told me check in stopped at 12am. Rightfully so, I was confused as it stated nowhere on their website, the confirmation email and even on the sign for the door that this was their policy. I tried to get a friend of mine to help me figure the issue out and the woman at the desk refused to either A) let us in to show her the confirmation or B) come to the door to check for herself, saying it was for the safety of the guests. I promptly left afterwards, upset since I was now out of $102 and no money nor hotel to stay at. I even asked her if i could get a refund on the room since I was not allowed to check in. She stated that since I "booked it through priceline" that they were unable to refund me. I went straight from my apple maps on my phone and booked it through their listed website. I have reason to believe that said receptionist judged based upon appearances since I look like I am under 21 but that could have been proven wrong, once again, if she had let me show her my ID which clearly states I am 21 and therefore following the policy of no one under 21 booking a room. Horrible service, would not reccommend coming here. 

Was denied check-in for the safety of other guests AFTER i had booked the room and had confirmation

Worst hotel ever!!!!!! First off they charge you 35.00 to turn on a jacuzzi tub 😳 for the price it should be included!! No lite switch works in the room only the lamps! My deposit is 50.00 yet they took 100.00 so gotta get that back! No breakfast no nothing! Then to top it off the fire alarm went off at midnight we all went down stairs and remind you I’m traveling with my 81year old grandma who is partially blind and the stair way is dark the last two flights were made to take. My neighbor has a wife in a wheel chair and he can’t take her down the stairs yet they put him on the 3rd floor!! Then they ask us what we’re all doing down stairs like the alarm hadn’t been going off! Are you kidding me! Then they tell us no fire it shows floor 2 but there was no fire they checked ( so I’m guessing someone is probably smoking in a room) fire dept comes and we all go back to bed! 2hours later at 2am guess what??? Fire alarm again! I’m currently here and if I didn’t have my grandma and 7yr old son I would be leaving! This is uncalled for! Oh and guess what the 2nd floor tripped the alarm again! I suggest y’all find out who’s doing it. We all deserve full refunds for this nightmare! 

Nightmare stay!!!

Came here because my husband was playing in a golf tournament at Oak Marsh. We have Wyndham points and the pictures looked great. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were cleaner and nicer than this. We are in no way “bougie” people but they are some situations where even a “free room” booked with points isn’t worth it. We attempted to get our points and $50 deposit back less than 20 min after we checked in. I stood there waiting for a manager to come out longer than I stayed in the room. Manager couldn’t be bothered so the nice (and I genuinely mean nice lady as none of this is her fault) had to “take a note” for her manager. 

I understand the generic response will be that they were just taken over by Wyndham and are in the early stages of renovation, it should be closed down until those renovations are complete if they are ever complete. Oh and there’s no sign of any renovations actually going on. 

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Horrid!! We had a lovely stay here years ago when the landscaping looked like the description pics... the palm trees are now 25 feet tall, the ones that aren't dead anyway. The hallway carpets are covered in bleach spots, the plastic finish on all of the furniture in the room is peeling off, the sheets are stained and thread bare, the walls have been painted a sickening green color only made worse by the dim lighting in the roo., there are cob webs on the wall sconces, their is a 35$ fee to turn on the jacuzzi tub provided in the room, The carpet in the room is buckled so watch your step when shuffling to the bathroom in the "dark". I say "dark" there is actually plenty of light pouring in from the loosely fitting drapes and from the 1 inch gap under the hallway door to light your way. The noise from the drag strip in front of the hotel is horrible as is the high pitch tinnitus like ring coming from the refrigerator.  The fact that I am post reviews instead of sleeping speaks volumes.. . RUN, keep looking for a good hotel, this is at best a 1.5 star hotel now. Not worth more than  generous $75.00 a night!

RUN!!!!! Book elsewhere!

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL and you'll thank ua all later!!!  Run down and broken motel type! 

This place looks okay at first glance, I even wondered why it had so many bad reviews!!!  I'll tell you why...

The hot tub was full of debry and filth but I REALLY wanted to use it and it was one of the few reasons I chose this hotel.  Well, then I turned it on and mo heat!  The desk clerk acted suprised and even told me she thought it was fixed.  Well, the end on that w no apology or recorse! 
I decided I'll PAY the extra $30 to us tge jetted tub in my room, yes that's odd AND extra.  After, the guy that turns the jetted tubs on arrived we got a call that it's on.  Well I was very excited and filled the tub and hit the jet button, you guessed it ALSO BROKEN!  We called tge front desk after several attempts, they said it must ve broken.  No recorse.
The rooms were outdated and I added photos of the furniture for your viewing pleasure. 😄 
The postive thing is....parking was free!  I can't believe Wydham put there name on this place, I'll also call them.  Hopefully this helps someone out there, run!
