What kind of Inn has no hot water on Sundays, they told my husband the hot water is not on, on Sundays, this is America, the majority of us take showers on an almost daily basis. I guess the non American owners or operators do not.  I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Awful place

As I checked in I noticed the motel was mostly empty. They were filling the rooms closest to the office. The room is old and hard bed. I requested a non smoking room. The heater did not stay on. THEN at midnight the next room was booked by smokers. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THINb and I could hear every word the occupants said as the bed scratched up against the wall right next to my head. EVERY CIGARETTE THE SMOKED CAME RIGHT INTO MY ROOM. So I got out of there and they would not return my money. The hotel is operated ny non Americans and had no compassion for the delhima.

Filthy hotel filthy management

This is an older motel but has upgrades. No coffee pot, shampoo,or breakfast, but its clean close to town and $20-$40 less a night than the two down the hwy. Everyone has their own standards but for a place to sleep I would recommend.

Clean & Affordable

This hotel needs a lot of work.  We checked into a room shut the door to get the stuff out of the car and could not get back in the room.  

After two trips to the front desk to have my card rekeyed and still could not get in, The lady at the front came with a key and after a while, finally got the door open.  

We changed rooms due to the fact we did not want to get locked out again.  

The next room had the smoke alarm beeping so I took it down and went to the room that we were lock out of to swap them out and found that it did not have a battery in it.  

Rooms are ok but not the cleanest.  Pretty sure we will not stay here again.

Not so good

I this motel is old but realy realy clean place for to be as old as it is they are upgrading the place it is looking 85% better then the last time we stayed in 2012 very friendly staff we asked for an extra towel the two house keep went right down and brought it back with a smile other then last year when we had ask for a extra towel we were told yeah yeah I'll get right on it and walked off we waited 1 hour and called out to that house keep asked again for the towel she was heading toward her car and yells out at me not my f....... Problem room was overaly nasty but when  came to madigrass this year no room in town but at the budget inn we where a little worried but we stopped in anyway and to our prize the office clerks was amazingly nice and again so so cleaner and the hous keeps was so friendly helped us choice a great place to go eat thank you budget for changing our minds about you business and for those that down gradded this place if it was so bad then why did you stay the night maybe you should have look at the upgrading they are doing not the fact at how nity it was we usually don't leave a tip but we decided to leave the house keep 20$ tip nice job budget keep up the improving
