Stayed for one night. Check in was fast and easy. Room was large and clean but very dated. Bathroom was only fair. Mold in various places and the shower head and sink faucet were pretty stopped up. Moldy shower curtain. My car was broken into overnight. They ha no idea whose car it was so I didn’t find out until morning. The property owner seemed unconcerned about the break in but was very angry with me because things from my vehicle were scattered over the parking lot, as if I had any control over that. Avoid this place unless you want to be yelled at after your car is burglarized.

For starters upon our arrival to the hotel there was no one in sight at the desk. Stood ther for 10 min and nothing.even rang the bell. Finally​ someone appeared from the back. No greeting, no apologies for making us wait to check in. 

We go to the back of the motel and see the entire back half has old mattresses​ and box springs.. at least 20 just sitting in the back lot. 

Get into the room. No microwave, no coffee pot, no fridge, no paper / pens nothing. The bathroom only had two very dingy towels. Stains allllll over the walls. The worst part of all is the blankets and sheets were disgusting!!! Dark brown/red stains on the underneath side of the comforter,( no reason for the house keeper to not notice!) Cigarette burns in them, black/yellow stains on the sheets and obvious markings left on the pillow cases from mascara. 

When we called the desk to ask for new ones the guy said they didn't have any. He would have one brought up if they got some. 3 hours later still with no new blanket I called again and a lady brought one. This place is a complete filthy joke. I understand you get what you pay for, but there is no excuse to pay 65-70 bucks and not even have a clean room, towels, or bedding. Go elsewhere!

Would never recommend this to anyone

Decent enough. Right against I-65 so one end the higher numbers get a lot of noise. 
Stayed for 2 weeks while waiting on closing for house.  2nd Night they booked someone else in my room and at 2 AM I got woken up by someone trying to get in. Simple mistake I guess. However I thought I paid for 2 weeks, even got an email saying my stay was XXX.xx  which was 2 weeks. Only to get a knock on the door and attitude when I went to pay. YES I was part of the problem but the staff needs a bit of refinement if they are going to deal with people. Yes I did not pay on time, my fault but was sure they had my card.  Would I stay again? Yes but only if I was on the 4th floor in a low number  room.

Nothing Special

My significant other and I have stayed here many times, the value for your money you get here is nice. This is a budget hotel, so if you're expecting jacuzzi suites, flat screens, and all new decor and the like in your room, you may want to look elsewhere. The rooms are in decent condition minus some scuff marks on the wall and the occasional doodle from someone's child. The rooms are clean, there isnt anything scary waiting for you under the comforter, all of the electrical stuff (Lights, door, TV, A/C/Heat) Works and is maintained. I guess my only true complaint would be lack of amneneties. Some other hotels in this price range offer things like an in room coffee maker, mini fridges and microwaves. In conclusion, Value inn really is a good value for what you pay (My room was $65). Would recommend to anyone on a budget.
