Worst excuse of a motel. Filthy in every sense. Bed sheets with hair and crumbs, no pillow cases to begin with, no soap, holes in walls, floors sticky and not vacuumed in long time, rust covered walls and bathroom.  Rooms smelled atrocious; even non smoking room reeked of smoke. Staff seemed high on something to boot.

Will regret it if you stop. Filthy and gross.

Got double booked and they wouldn't refund my money. 1/10 would not recommend! Called manager and manager was being shady and gave me the run around, definitely bad business. Stay away!!!! This place is horrible!!!!

Terrible

While on a road trip back home to Georgia, my fiancé and I stopped here for the night. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and there are plenty of restaurants within a quick drive from the hotel. That’s the only good things about this stay. 

The next morning, a guest on the property started banging on my room door at approximately 6:30 AM, asking me if “I had heard the sounds coming through the walls.” I told this person I had no idea what he was taking about, closed my door, called the front desk, and called the Jonesboro Police, who responded quickly. (The photo attached is the responding officers cars.) The officers found the offending guest, interviewed him for a good fifteen minutes, and then advised me that this person had mental health issues, and was possibly coming off of a “drug high.” I asked the desk clerk for a full refund; she said she was unable to process the refund, but would have the manager call me later on that morning. (The manager did not call me.) A call to the Choice Hotels corporate offices has resulted in the same issue; no one from corporate has contacted me. 

If it is possible, I would advise staying somewhere else; between the issue with the guest and the lackadaisical attitude of the manager not calling me back after this incident would preclude me from ever staying here again. 

Disturbed by a guest at 6:30 AM!!

The room was very clean and comfortable, had a walk in shower, fridge and microwave, no coffee maker, Lot was very well lite. Super close to lots of nice restaurants, the hospitals, shopping and fun things to do!

Great location, very inexpensive no frills basic Motel

Quiet stay, early check in available, but costs extra. Lots of places to eat, but be aware this is a dry county, so beer run is 10 miles away. Room has fridge and microwave, shower only, no tub, and room was clean. Worth a stay for a quiet restful night. No coffee or breakfast items, its economy style lodging.

Solid budget motel

Filthy room,hair in the shower, and to top it off the card reader lost battery power at 10 pm and I was told it would be the next morning before someone would be able to change the batteries to let me back in. 
If you choose to stay there, bring your own linens, pillows, a can of Lysol and other cleaning supplies, and tools to fix what they can’t or won’t. 
Plenty of hotels around there. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Worst hotel experience EVER

We chose this property because we are traveling on a budget this trip. Service / Checkin friendly and efficient. 

Room / bed clean and comfortable for a super-economic motel. Great TV. somewhat out-dated, but well maintained. Sure you can find more refined motels, but most at X-3 the price. 

One Problem
There are no lamps in the room. Not a one! Bright overhead lighting, though. 

Doesn’t Deserve One-Star Reviews!

My wife and I found another hotel after just 30 minuets checking in. The pool was closed we had no hot water! Even though these are non-smoking rooms, our room smelled heavy smoke. The bed skirt was dirty. Bugs in the shower. The door didn't even close properly.

Tear it down

Very run down building. The room was dirty and smelled.we got a refund and went somewhere  else. Definitely  DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I am gonna be honest and say you could smell something  coming from the room next door.

Absolutely horrible

BED BUGS!....If I could give less than one I would. I recently stayed at this hotel which supposed to be for 9 nights. They gave me room that seemed fairly clean. After the first night, I noticed a bump or two on my arm. I was like probably a mosquito bite or something, however I had been wearing a thick hoodie most of the day. The next day, I wake up, I have them up my arm around to my back on the side i predominantly lay on. I was like what is this. I do some investigating and find big bed bugs in the mattress seams. I politely went to front and notified them. The lady says calmly like it it happens all the time, “well do you want another room?” Having no war else to go cause this place has tied up my money. I told her that I want to speak to the manager and she said he isn’t in but he’ll get back to me in a day or so. I told her I need him to contact today. Mind you it’s about 10am. I take the room and check it throughly. By 1159pm, still no contact from manager. I checked out, and told it’s because their manager didn’t contact me in timely fashion and still need him to call me. I was assured he’d call me cause the manager would be in at 7am. 1030am rolls around, no call. So I call just to be told he took one day off for getting ate up by bed bugs, no sorry or anything. This place is a Bad place and service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. And thats saying a lot because I’m an Iraq/Afghanistan disabled veteran. Please do not stay at this place!!!!
