This is not a five star resort.  However, this place exceeded our expectations.  We've stay a lot of places, some better than others.  The staff was friendly and went out of their way for us.  The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.  A good place to rest among your travels.  We will stay here again.

Great service, basic accomodations

Very clean accommodations and friendly staff.  Rose checked us in and she was just so nice.  We also liked this hotel because it is smoke free.  We also liked that they only have certain rooms that they allow pets in.  So if you have pet allergies like us, just get one of the non-pet rooms.  This was great for us!

Great overnight stay.

After trying several other places along the way to Traverse City, we came upon this place. My wife called for a reservation the same night on a holiday weekend and the clerk whom she spoke with was very friendly and gave us a “complete” price quote of only $74 for the night. We had stopped earlier at another motel that quoted $86 but it was run down and dirty and after seeing the room we elected not to stay there. So we were wary. After checking in we were pleasantly surprised of the clean room although not modern, was fairly comfortable. The room smelled clean and was furnished with everything necessary to include microwave and small refrigerator. The clerk was very pleasant and friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations nearby. Check in was quick and easy and the final price was exactly as phone quoted. We were relieved and enjoyed our nights rest on adequate comfortable beds. Definitely worth the money. 

Surprisingly Very Reasonable and Comfy 

Nice large room with two queen beds and comfortable, very clean. Great deal. I will defiantly stay again. The shower had nice hot water. It was quiet, no street noise. No loud tenets, just a real nice stay.

The original room we booked at the All Seasons smelt so bad we couldn't stay there. This place had no odors, and the staff was great. Must have new owners considering the negative reviews in 2021. I have already booked for the 4th of July weekend.

Just a nice small town hotel

I got nervous about this one after reading other reviews. It was fine. The manager was a little aggressive, but I only saw him at check in and have a feeling he's just been worn down by mean people. The room was clean, the air conditioning was nice and cold. No smells or anything as reported in the other reviews. The place was full, but it was super quiet. May have been the best place we stayed so far on this trip. If you're expecting hotel chain quality this is not for you. If you're ok with an aging building,  motel style stay this is very good!!!

Older Motel

The room was small and sparsely furnished.  The A/C is the old style window type through the wall.  BUT, it was clean, well maintained, had comfortable beds--best nights sleep in four nights--and reasonably priced.  If you expect Hilton or Sheraton quality then do not stay here.  If you are looking for clean and a good nights sleep at a reasonable price then this fits that bill.  Would definitely stay here again. 

Old style Mom and Pop that is small but nicer than my recent La Quinta and Quality Suite stays

Very basic accommodations. Our room was outdated, but CLEAN. We originally booked through EXPEDIA. Most of what Expedia said about our booking was wrong! We arrived to check in around 10 PM, and that's when we found out just how inaccurate it was. However, a HUGE THANK YOU TO ROSE AND GREG. They went out of their way to make things as right for us as possible. They stayed on the phone with Expedia more than once getting things straightened out for us. If it weren't for ROSE AND GREG, we wouldn't have stayed. Customer service is outstanding!!

Straight forward, no frills place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights, booked 3 rooms, 3 couples. One of the members of our group booked the hotel ahead of time, this was the  area we wanted. Location is good, workers are friendly. We had rooms on the second floor, you had to go upstairs thorough a dingy, stinky, dirty hallway with a floor lamp plugged in at the top to get to the rooms. Luckily the rooms were nicer & cleaner than the hallway. They were mostly clean and it did look like they were trying to make improvements like new paint.  Many more improvements are needed. The bed was fairly comfortable but old like most things in the room. Heat and A/C were questionable, it seemed like either you were freezing or sweating.  They were inexpensive..... Next time I would happily pay more for something a little better.

No Frills, Rundown but mostly clean

Nasty manager. Dirty room. Never go to this place. 
When we booked they were pet friendly,  when we got there they manager said he changed his mind. Nasty place. Don't even think about staying there. Very unsavory.  Look for somewhere that is clean, nicer people and read all reviews before you go.
