When you're traveling in cold weather, you need something more than a bed. We stayed in the king suite and were very pleased with the big comfortable chairs and table. This is a must after sundown (unless you are young and out partying :). Each room also has chairs outside which we hope to use on our next trip. Another must for us is to have something other than concrete outside our door because we travel with pets. Flagstone has done many things right. It's very clean, the beds are lucious, the ventilation system is modern and easily controlled via remote. Each room has a kitchen which we always use more than we think we will. The rooms are small, but the space is used well. Two small idiosyncrasies: 1. our room had no nightstands due to the bed size and 2. counter space was limited. That said, we've stayed twice and have more stays planned. Something else to mention - there is no main desk. They simply send you a door-code on your day of arrival, it works really well. When we ran out of coffee pods, we called their main number and had them within 20 minutes. One more thing - the onsite restaurant Peekaboo looks delicious but is "meatless". Being in our 60s and set in our ways, we walked to nearby Adria's instead.

Comfortable both INSIDE and OUTSIDE

Wonderful place! clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here for a week and Kanab is a great little town.  Room had a kitchen and all the necessary cooking utensils.  Towels were provided and water was hot. Perfect  place to stay if you want to visit Zion and Bryce National Park.

Sayed for a week

We booked our own room with kitchen and declined house keeping. We had all the amenities we needed and did not have to share indoor space with anyone. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was bigger than what I expected.
The place was very clean and centrally located (No central AC and heating was a plus, AC and heating was a closed loop for the unit only).

Safe Thanksgiving Trip

Our party  had two rooms for 7 nights and everything was perfect. Full kitchen in one room, but the restaurant on site was so good that we barely used our kitchen. Travis the manager had great recommendations. And the location is perfect for exploring both Zion and Bryce.

Great place

We wanted to do a little family trip with our pup to get out of the house. We absolutely loved the room and the staff was very friendly! We will be back for sure and explore a little more next time! We only stayed for a night but plan to do a longer stay on our way back through!

We didn't expect to find a place like this during our visit to Kanab, but were very pleasantly surprised!  The motel seems to be an older place which has been beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated.  I loved all the unique touches like the vessel sink in the bathroom, the metal light bulb cages & fixtures, the industrial gear stools, and the local artwork on the walls.  The interior looked so nice, it felt more like we were in an apartment than a motel!  
We LOVED the double queen room we stayed in on the back side of the motel.  It had a full kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, a HUGE bathtub with jets, which my 7 year-old son loved, and it was pet friendly!  
Of all the cool things we did and saw during our long weekend in Kanab, my son lists the bathtub in our room as one of his favorite things!

Perfect Basecamp for Exploring the Kanab Area!

This was the best place that we stayed on our trip. The room was absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast at their restaurant was one of the best I've had from a hotel. The sunset and sunrise was picture perfect. They are also close to many of the attractions that this cute town has to offer. The front desk was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Canyons Boutique Hotel

Great experience here. Checked in late (after 10pm) and receptionist was accommodating to leave keys for us after hours. We found out that we were in a room that was separate from the rest of the establishment which was a pleasant surprise. Wish i took photos but room had a front patio with chairs! Felt like a airbnb in laws space. Room was spacious and comfortable to sleep 4 guests. Close to many nearby restaurants and cafes!

If you plan on going to zion national park, this is a great place to rest before the big day. A little over 1 hour to the east entrance of the park (the other side which is less crowded).

Ask for room 22 ;)

i really rented here for the spa tub. it felt great. room was really nice with a nice kitchen set up seating for 4. queen beds a little to firm for me and did provide a good nights sleep, walls are a little on the thin side as i could here tennants next to me. the real concern here for me is the raised flooring in the bathroom as it could be a real toe stubber if not careful

quaint little room 

Flagstone studios are very nicely appointed suites with most having full kitchens. Many rooms are dog friendly and pet fees are waived for those bringing sleepover dogs from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The rooms are very clean
Cons: The restaurant runs on the same water heater and they kept leaving the valve off which ran the hot water out so I kept having to call the office. There is live music at the restaurant on the weekends and it is very noisy. Best to get a room in the back of the building
