Please read b4 booking stayed once before. Went to front desk to get a towel was like an act to Congress todo this finaly after calling the idiot every name in the book I got one
 Now this last trip i booked and paid for a room. After driving 4.hrs and arriving a 10:56 pm i had no room. The idiot looked at me and lied said they didn't recieve from priceline. You could tell by his actions he was lieing through his teeth. Then acting like he could not understand asking for my I'd he fumble around pretending to look for the booking which was obvious that he had already sold my room. STAY AWAY THE PLACE A JOKE NO POOL. NO REFRIGERATORS NO MICROWAVE
 NO COFFEE NO BREAKFAST. THEY TRY TO GET 50 OUT OF A 30.00 ROOM
 TRUST ME YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED AS soon as i post i am calling and raising more hell with them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! first off over priced for the stay. July no pool,looks to had been out of service a long time even though its advertised. Advertising for breakfast and room service lol not available! No fridge, microwave, nothing. Patched walls 2 outlets for the whole room and even they are filled with lamps to light your room. Bad area, bad service. Just all around place i would not stay again!

This place is a joke!

When I first pulled into the parking lot, I knew I'd made a mistake reserving a room here; the only reason I didn't leave immediately was because I knew they'd already charged me for the room.  The hotel requires a $50 deposit per room, they will photo-copy your driver's license (and keep the copy -- I asked for it back and was told they "have to keep it"), and they will require you to sign a statement that you will not engage in criminal activity... clearly a reaction to problems at this hotel in the past.  The hotel attendant sits in a "Plexiglas booth" -- clearly for his own security.  The "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke and urine, although the room and sheets appeared to be clean.  I was also concerned about my vehicle; although the parking lot is well-lit, it is out-of-view of the street and activity (pedestrians and vehicles) occurs in the lot at all hours.  I saw police walking the lot wearing vests (thank goodness for KC's finest!).  The following morning, I couldn't check out fast enough; my family went straight to the vehicle as a group, loaded up and locked the doors while I checked out (the attendant had to verify that I hadn't damaged the room before he returned my deposit, which took a little while).  Bottom line -- avoid this hotel!

Don't stay here!

This hotel needs to be check on by the city. It needs to be shut down, wanted me to wait a whole day for toilet paper, if you want your sheets clean, you have to turn in your sheets, to only have them wash them and give them back hours later. Crazy people walking around cursing people out, talking to himself, no professionalism with these foreigners. They just want  your money, tvs are old, dogs in the rooms, pediful.

Worst Motel customer service ever....paid for 3 nights knowing that it wasnt going to be the best place, but since they had a pool we figured itd be worth it....got there stayed 1 night, went to go swim and they hadn't even opened the pool (mid June) went to go get ojr refund for the other 2 remainder nights and they pointed at a sign with a lot of missing letters(not legible) no refunds. The kid told us we wpuld just have to stay and wait til the next day to speak with the manager! The manager ended up telling them that they would call us the next morning, never heard anything back even after discussing with someone of importance of getting atleast one of our days unattended refunded, we still got charged all 3 days even though we only stayed there 1 night!
