Melissa and the entire crew were very very helpful. Every need was met and they were so kind. While traveling on business it is so nice to have such helpful people taking care of you. 
The rooms were super clean and filled with everything a person would need. I have stayed in many places and this was one of the cleanest and safest. Highly recommend you stay here. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how nice the room was! Thank you so much!

A fantastic place to stay! Just like home!

Wow!!! What a great place! this is a furnished apartment- just as good if not better than any Hyatt. or Hilton I have ever stayed at! It has everything you would expect to find in a furnished apartment- very spacious- bigger than most hotel rooms- my bedroom had its own bathroom- there are comfortable couches to watch TV or just hangout in the living room- Full size fridge, free laundry and they even give you a laundry detergent! Melissa and her staff do a great job here and it shows throughout the premises! They are also pet friendly! I will definielty try and stay here everytime Im in the area! Thank you'll for a great stay! 

It doesn't get much better than this!! 

Very clean, full furnished apartment, clean pool, SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, AC worked very good, dogs are welcome and accommodated for, bed was hard and old, nice area w/walking trails. Melissa and staff NICE

Wonderful Place

I initially heard great things about this establishment through various classmates I attended CGSC with.  So I figured I would stay there prior to my departure to Texas, and see what the fuss was about.  Well, needless to say I was extremely disappointed. The gym was in really bad shape and looked unsanitary when I visited, and my room had a terrible stench once I entered it. To make matters worse, I cut my foot really bad on the bed post and had to rush myself to the ER. I mentioned the incident to the front desk attendant, and she had the maintenance man come wrap a towel around it and tape up the defected bed frame. I have enclosed a photo.

So an overall terrible experience at this hotel and I now have a gash in my foot. Very disappointing!

Disappointed

This is our second time staying at Condtoels Suites and it is still and excellent place to stay. Clean, plenty of ammenities, and stocked kitchen. Will stay again and recommend to all friends that need somewhere to stay if in the Leavenworth, Lansing area.

Second time staying, still an outstanding place

We rented a 3 bedroom unit for several months because of a work assignment.  The management and staff could not have been more professional, friendly, and courteous.  Our unit was always clean.   I will definitely stay here next time.

Great place to stay

We recently stayed there for 2 nights so we could attend the NASCAR race at the Kansas Speedway. Dillons and a Walmart are just a short drive away. The apartment was very clean with a Kitchen with all the basics for cooking. They provide you with enough laundry soap to do 1 or 2 loads of laundry, dryer sheets for 2 loads of laundry, & a small bottle of dishsoap.The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately the bed was as hard as a slab of granite after trying to sleep on it for a few hours  I slept on the couch. There was only one night stand in the bedroom if I had been able to sleep on the bed not having a night stand on both side of the bed would have been inconvenient if both people use a CPAP or other medical devices. The toilets were to low for someone who has issues getting up and down. The linens and towels were very clean and stain free.. All in all it was much better accomadations than in the hotel we usualy stay in when going to the races.

Hidden Oasis

Outstanding accommodation.........could not have stayed at a better place!
We recently stayed at Condotels for a month. The suite was extremely clean, kitchen well stocked, and has plenty of room. We had the 2 bedroom, but could have a three if we needed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and nice. We used the GreatLife gym that was a short walk away at the golf course. The wifi worked for us the whole time, it was a little slow at times, but still was sufficient enough for all of our streaming/electronics. We will definitely be staying when we need the accommodations again.

Excellent Stay

Stayed there for 3 nights recently.  The place was immaculately clean.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  Accommodations are comfortable.  Kitchen is well stocked with the basics needed to cook in.  All units are 3 bedroom but you can rent 1, 2 or 3.  Even the 1 bedroom comes with 2 bathrooms.  Grocery store and Walmart are close by.  Very convenient to Ft. Leavenworth and Kansas City.  Health club is 2 blocks away and you can use it during your stay.

Hidden gem

Our group of 5 adults recently stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment here.
To clarify: every apartment here is the same; they have a full kitchen with full size appliances, washer/dryer, dining table with 4 chairs & living room with a sofa & loveseat. Every apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a lock & you only receive a key for the number of bedrooms you request & pay for. Bedroom #1 is a master suite with en-suite. The en-suite is open concept with no door for privacy fyi. The other 2 bedrooms are very large and offer a desk, dresser & walk in closet. There is another bathroom in the hallway for bedroom 2 & 3 to share. Every bedroom has its own television.
The kitchen includes a limited supply of dishes, utensils, pots & pans. There is also a coffee maker & toaster. There is a dishwasher & garburator. For a longer stay supplementing with your own dishes & cookware would be recommended.
Housekeeping is provided every four days, stays shorter will not receive this service, but they’re happy to provide extra towels etc at the front desk in between.
The unit was immaculately clean. The buildings are old so there is the odd quirk. Some decor has been updated and some has not. The bedding should be as they are still using the old bedspread style. Upgrading to duvets would be a lovely touch & would provide a better first impression. All of the beds are queen size and have plastic mattress protectors. These are my biggest complaint, they make noise when you roll over & sleeping can get very hot. 
There is central air conditioning/furnace controlled in each unit using a wall mounted thermostat that worked flawlessly.
Some have complained about the wifi, everyone in our party was able to connect whether using an apple or android or laptop. There is an extra step involved for some devices, but this is explained in the instruction binder in each unit. 
If you have a pet or any mobility issues please phone to make your reservation to ensure a pet friendly or ground floor room. 
The convenience of these units for larger groups or long stays is fantastic.
The minor decor issues would not prevent me from staying again. Service was incredibly friendly & helpful & we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.
