I just want to thank all the wonderful staff members at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kaukauna WI, I made a booking by mistake and even though they have a non refundable policy they were so understanding and they refunded me in full. I received great service and assistance. Thank you thank you for helping me, you guys really went above and beyond to assist me.

Great service

My wife and I had an event North of Kaukauna and the Days Inn at 1201 Maloney Rd was the closest one and seemed decent.  It was relatively clean but did have an odor, almost a faint sewage smell.  The bed was rock hard and pillows flat.  When we left at 6:15am the morning of January 25, 24' the "continental breakfast" that was supposed to be open was completely dark.  there was nobody at the front desk and it too was dark.  There was a note saying the attendant was busy to call for him/her.  We thought, we do not want to bug them if they are busy, we will just try to find something on the breakfast counter.  There was nothing.  I noticed the office door in the back was open and there was a light on.  I went to see if I could find the front desk person.  I found them, passed out at the desk with a half bottle of Corona sitting next to his head and several empty bottles.  I woke him up and told him, at this point we just want to leave.  He groggily got up and fumbled with the computer telling me I would get a reciept by email.  We will NEVER return.  After reading others reviews, we should not have stayed there.  It then became much clearer why on a Thursday night we were the only ones staying there.  Next time I will not let my wife choose the hotel.

Sometimes saving a few dollars is not worth it

I will never forget this terrible experience. The clerk was a pervert who literally hit on me. I’m a local guy, and I’m grateful my kids weren’t there. We’d considered staying here for a breather from the winter and to swim (pool looked gross, too).

Terrible experience

I was shocked when I got into the room and it looked nothing like what it did online. They must’ve recently renovated the place. It was in a great location next to the highway and rooms place was very cozy and comfortable.

Surprising

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its convenient location made it incredibly easy to access. The friendly front desk staff added a warm touch to my experience, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Looking forward to my next visit!

Pleasant stay

VERY disappointed with our stay.  We got the king suite with a spa tub.  The whole room smelled like mildew and sewage.  The room Was not cleaned well at all....stained sheets, hair in the shower, bird poo? On the curtains? My husband was actually YELLED at after he brought our dirty towels down himself, because he grabbed the wrong towels for our room?!  He was told he is being watched on the cameras!  I even slipped on the stairs in the pool because they were so slimy. The younger man that checked us in was nice but the older man was very rude at every encounter.  Very disappointing as we were there for 2 nights and it was not cheap! It's a shame because it is a nice set up if you have pups and a decent location, potential to be so much better!

Smells, Dirty, Rude

Unacceptable behavior, places guest safety at risk. Hotel staff blocking back doors open for convenience, impedes safety of guests. Pool was not functional and was empty. No kleenex or toilet paper in room. 

No sleep and not safe

for the price you will get charged to stay here find another nicer location to stay the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. my room rate was 3x the online price and was completely not worth it at that rate find a nicer place to go

They told us a rate then charged us over 90% more than we were told. They hit my account for $6000 for two weeks! They wouldn't answer billing questions or even tell me how long I was paid up through. On top of the EXORBIANT rate, they didn't even clean the room the whole time I was there.

Unprofessional, sloppy and mismanaged

Week of EAA so the room was very overpriced (to be expected). However, terrible experience. 

No elevator, put 57 year old woman with 90 year old man on second floor and no assistance with heavy luggage. 4 day stay, clean towels on day 1, none after, no garbage emptied all week and refused when requested. 
Room was dirty, tub creaked like it would fall through the floor with 130 lbs standing on it. 
“Breakfast “ was 2 cereals, waffles, yogurt, over-ripe bananas and milk to pour out of gallon containers (against health code!) AWFUL. 
Worst part was after checkout received $200 extra charge for “damages “ because 90 year old had a few small spots of blood on his sheets. No intentional damage whatsoever. Talked to the owner, refused to reverse. 
THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL, DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
