We had a great stay in one of the cabins at All Seasons Campground. There are several cabins and a duplex if you are not coming with a tent or RV. I would recommend staying here as it has a full kitchen, beds for 7 or possibly 8. We had good hot water, bathroom with tub and shower and a table to play games at. Very fun cabin to stay in for our grandson who really enjoyed having his own place in the loft with a HUGE bed. 
The location was very close to where our fishing charter went out of at Deep Creek Recreation Area. We took 2 day trips to Homer and enjoyed the spit and Alaska Islands and Oceans Visitor's Center. 
It isn't a high end place, think more of a basic cabin to sleep a crew if you have one or a few as there were just 3 of us. It is really a great place for exploring the area around Ninilchik. We loved spotting 2 mama moose with their young just down from the cabin on 2 different occasions.
The owner is a wonderful host and we had a great visit with him. The campground hosts were also extremely helpful when the owner was away.

Great Location and Cabins

We have now stayed at All Seasons twice. Greg, the owner is great to work with! His cabins are basic, but spotless! This time we had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for our simple meals.
If you plan to cook, bring everything—oil, spices, condiments.
Greg has coffee available.
This place is quiet!! Moose and bald eagles abound in the area. And it’s very near the great fishing location in Ninilchik.
We highly recommend this great fishing lodge.

Great place to stay

We stayed from May 23 to our depature scheduled on Sept 5,2018.
Tha campground is very convenient to the lower Kenai Penisula as its half way between Soldotna and Homer. 
All sites are full hook up. There is a bath house and laundry room for guest use. It's located 3 miles off the Sterling Highway. We saw moose, eagles and sand hill cranes from the campground.  The Nilnilchik River fish weir was less than a mile away and visits provided a wealth of information.
The cabins sleep 6-7 people and have private bathrooms, equipped kitchens and all bedding and linens. 
Its not a plush location but serves your needs.

Have had something come up in my life for this trip, they have been wonderful to work with to help.  Had to cancel my trip. I was bummed as I really wanted to give them a try.

I stayed at a cabin at All Seasons Campground for several weeks, and my experience was amazing. The cabins are comfortable and clean. Greg, the owner is one of the most accommodating and knowledgeable people I have met in Alaska. He is very accessible when anything was needed and went out of his way to make my stay a good experience. The location was great and the campground has everything you need, from a convenience store, full laundry mat, bathroom/showers (although my cabin had it's own private bathroon/shower), and RV hookups. Staying here was definitely the highlight of my Alaska trip as Greg was a great host, guide, and overall cool person. I highly recommend visiting and staying at All Seasons Campground if you are in Alaska.
