Kenai Peninsula Suites is an awesome place to stay!! We had an issue with booking and they were so so helpful and totally willing to work with us. The staff is very friendly. Our suite was spotless. The view was amazing. We will 100% stay there again when we are in Homer. Best place in town!!!

Best Place in Homer!!

The wolf’s den was awesome. My kids were very impressed with the cabin and didn’t want to leave. It was beautiful, the cabin and the view. The horseshoes, fire pit and hot tub are great amenities that we didn’t even know about until we got there. The Homer spit was very windy that day, but back at the cabin it was a light breeze. 

Great family vacation!

We stay down here a couple times a year.   The place is amazing.  Much better than staying in a hotel room.  It has an incredible view and is a 5 star living condo.  We have been here about a dozen times and have never had any complaints..

Stayed in the Puffin cabin for four nights -- a great base from which to explore Homer and beyond! The cabin is indeed round, but much more substantial than what you might think of as a yurt -- it's a house. Very cozy, nice bathroom, great view, good privacy; definitely well-suited for hang-out / relaxation time. Well stocked with bathroom amenities, clean, good heating throughout. And, yes, we made s'mores at the fire pit. One note: the kitchenette has minimal cookware, and does not have a stove or oven, just a microwave, but there is a gas grill on the porch. If you're planning on cooking, say, Thanksgiving dinner, plan with that in mind. Pretty minor point; I would recommend the cabin and stay again without hesitation.

We were on our way into homer and decided from the weather we didn’t want to tent camp again and called last minute. The service was amazing the place was beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone heading into Homer. The views are breathtaking and the lodging is gorgeously unique.

Amazing

Stayed a night this past week.  Had never stayed in a property that offered differing room types like these, but they were unique and cool.  Unit we had was large and had two floors.  The bottom contained the beds and was a little like sleeping in the basement (beds were good).  Upstairs living area had warm wood finishes, a deck with an incredible view and the kitchen/bathroom.  Property has an increidible view of the bay and mountains.  There is an outdoor fire pit which looked invited.  Staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.  Only drawbacks were a little road noise and place needs a little TLC (paint, touch ups etc.)  Overall, very happy we stayed.

Cool place, awesome view could use a little TLC

I stayed in the Otter Cabin with my wife and our pet dog to get away from the busy city of Anchorage. We had a peaceful and memorable experience at Kenai Peninsula Suites and Homer, Alaska. The scenery was beautiful with views of the ocean and surrounding mountains over the horizon. The location and cabin was cool, unique, and affordable. They also gave us military or government worker discount which makes us feel more welcome during our stay. The souvenirs at the gift shop were interesting and the food in the local Homer, Alaska area was flavorful. The local coffee shops in Homer, Alaska was amazing. This is a perfect location to explore the oceanside, Homer Spit,  the mountains, and nature walking trails in the Homer area.  Our dog loved the area and my wife loved exploring Homer, Alaska.

What an incredible little hidden wonderland! The people- awesome, kind and hospitable to the max!! The cabins- warm, cozy and LOVELY!! The view- out of this world! We can’t wait to come back! Can’t imagine we would stay any place different! Wonderful! Thank you for the generous hospitality you shared with our family!

Wow!! Cozy & Fantastic!!

Loved the Puffin cabin. It was a little adjustment having the bedrooms on the lower floor and the kitchen and bath on the second. Furnishings and supplies were very adequate. View was spectacular. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Three complements (clean, comfortable and cozy)

This was the nicest place we stayed throughout our entire Alaska journey. We stayed in both the Puffin and the Otter cabin. I would definitely try to book the Puffin which is much more spacious with a much nicer bathroom but both offer the same incredible views. 

The level of service provided truly exceeded my expectations. Arlene was such a delight and I appreciated her emails checking in on us. 

Plus hot tub was AMAZING! 

LOVE this place. Book it. You won't regret it.
