The staff is so friendly and courteous and helped us to check in early than 3PM. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers. Continental breakfast was exceptional. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!

We stayed one night. Room was clean and roomy and beds comfortable. Front desk staff friendly. Continental breakfast is available. We were on the second floor, but there wasn’t an elevator, which can be an issue for some. There were squeaks in the floor when we walked, which hopefully didn’t bother guests below us. 

A place to stay

Stayed one Friday night as most hotels were sold out and was disappointed.  AC was very loud in the room.  Breakfast area was not very clean and chairs had stains on them.  Hotel needs updated especially chairs in the breakfast area.  Looked very dirty.

Not the best place to stay

The staff is wonderful and friendly. I always feel welcome and taken care of. I live far from my job and stay here 1 to 2 times a week. It is my home away from home.I am very grateful for the good service I receive at this hotel.

Great place to stay

Do not stay here!  Poor service and rude staff!  I have never experienced this type of treatment before from a hotel/motel staff. When I had brought to their attention they had given me the wrong room type, they started speaking another language in front of me.

Had to plunge my own toilet three times with no offer to change rooms or remedy situation... stains on bed spread and sheets and lock Broken to door... dirty floor and stains on walls and floors. All this for 130.00/night ...

I drove all the way from Boston to Niagara Falls and this irresponsible management just said they had to cancel my booking because they are overbooked. That's totally unacceptable and irresponsible! 

They don't even have the courtesy to call a customer to inform that they have to cancel the booking. It doesn't stop there, they referred us to another hotel (Crown Inn) and any garbage bin will be better than that place. 

Actually, crown inn belongs to the same management and they tend to charge more just because you can't book another hotel at last minute after your Econolodge booking has been cancelled.

STAY AWAY!

We unfortunately had to spend 2 nights here, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Ohm was not as advertised. Plus the dead bolt would not work on our door and if you tried to use the security latch the part on the door pulled out of the door.
The ice machine and guest laundry were in a locked room that no one could open. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but that was about it.

Would not recommend to any one

Booked this room because wanted something cheap and close to the border.  I was picking up some items shipped to the hotel that I could not get delivered to Canada.  The room was ok, shower was hot and lots of TV channels.  Light outside our door was not on so it was quite dark and we were a bit nervous of those sitting outside their rooms on cases of beer.  The light eventually got turned on.  I had 2 parcels shipped to the front desk indicating when I was arriving.  I had FEDEX's proof that the owner had signed for it but she nor any staff could find either of my packages.  Being this was the reason for coming to the US, I was pretty upset.  Owner said she would re-order and get my items to me but so far I have heard nothing.  When I called to ask, someone mumbled something then hung up on me.  
Breakfast is quite poor.  There is a waffle maker and then only muffins, bagels and cereal.  Fresh fruit and yogurt would have been good.  We saw one of the employees use his gloved hand to push down the garbage and then use that same glove to put out the muffins. Also re-used a coffee cup to the 'clean' pile.  Not sanitary at all.  Won't go back.  Glad we didn't spend much $ on the room itself.
