We picked this particular motel because Gerri thought the picture on Google looked good and when she called to inquire about the room the lady was very nice.
    The room was very clean and had a nice tiled floor.  We had a room with a king bed and we both slept great 👍. Plenty of hot water and the toilet flushed great. The parking lot and grounds were well maintained.  
   We actually stayed 2 nights 🌙 instead of moving on. We toured the area in a 30 mile radius. Marion, Ohio to Lima, Ohio. 
A great place to stay. If there was a little breakfast I would easily give it a 5 star.

Wonderful place run by really nice people!

The staff was friendly enough, gave me a good recommendation for a restaurant in town.  I travel alone all the time, but the vibe here just freaked me out.  Wedged a chair under the doorknob at night because the only lock on the door was the one on the knob.  Very old and dark.  Super bright fluorescent light attached to the wall directly above the TV shining BRIGHT light into your eyes when you're watching TV. 
 Not very clean. Trash can in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been washed in years.  Did not feel comfortable enough to even take a shower.  I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not impressed with this place

I have been staying here Monday-Friday for over a month while in the area for work, and have never had any issues with my room. The air conditioner, fridge, and hot water all work great and the owners are very nice people. The rooms are also very reasonably priced.

Great place, nice people

My first night there was horrible . I was sleeping for about an hour after working all day and woke up with many bites. Found bed bugs . Went to hop in the shower because I felt disgusted and the hot water did not work . Told them and showed pictures of bugs and bites and they would not refund my money back. I will never give them my money again or even step foot by there

Horrible experience my first night staying there. 

We stayed there for a week. The people who run the Motel are nice and helped us fine several places. The rooms are old but the one we had was comfortable for us. We had one problem with the room and that was the shower was small. we did take showers and the water was hot and had plenty of pressure. They don't have and coffee for you like most motels but we did not care. The room was clean and we had a TV, a refrigerator, a micro wave. It had three chairs and a table plus two night stands and a writing table. It also had a dresser.

A Place to sleep

Have been staying at the motel for almost 2 weeks now.  Very respectful owners and they make sure the guest comes first. New beds,  clean rooms,  and no problems with other guests being loud.  I would recommend the B&J to anyone that would have to stay in Kenton on business or leisure.
