We only stayed one night and even though it’s an older hotel the room was very clean. The air conditioner worked great new bathroom and had a grab bar in tub that my hubby loved.
The beds were very comfortable and mattresses looked new. Enjoyed our stay!
We needed a first floor room and they were very accommodating!
Thanks for a very comfortable stay! We will be back.

Nice room

Decent place for the price. Wi-Fi worked pretty good. No problems. The place is clean and check in was pretty fast. Little worn but not real bad. Would stay there again. Not sure about breakfast. Did not attempt it. Was not hungry for breakfast.

Stopped here because we were tired of the traffic jam.  The place is clean but worn, the sheets are thin, and have cigarette burn holes  in them.  Free fast internet,  flat screen tv and  microwave and refrigerator in rooms.  Coffee, orange juice and  a variety of donuts in the morning.  Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worn , but clean

I like to point out positives along with negatives but unfortunately the negatives out weigh the positives on this place.  Price was low, positive.  The first staff person we met was very nice but the night shift person was high or something--place wreaked of marijuana. Our room smelled like a combination of stale cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana..and a faint spell of urine.  There was a hole in the shower wall which was really creepy, but the bathroom looked clean.   The bed sheets (I was told by a family member that they heard the place had beg bugs so I should check) so I checked...no bugs but the sheets and pillow cases felt like sandpaper!  We didn't even unpack the car...the other tenants walking around the area were enough to keep us from staying...the smell of marijuana and other toxic smells were too much.  At first the woman at the front desk said she didn't know how to do a refund.  My husband pointed out the strong smell of marijuana and I chimed in that the office smelled like MJ too and she promptly called "Mike" and he walked her through the refund.  We went down the road and paid more but at least it was clean and didn't smell.  I think we killed her buzz though.

Oh my gosh!

Was told they serve a continental breakfast but only served donuts and coffee. Lady in office was rude EVERY time we talked to her. And it's loud with all the junkies staying there. Was told one price but when we checked it, the price was more than $50 over quoted price.

Disappointed

I rate hotels based on value - if I'm paying $50 I don't expect the world and if I'm paying $300, I do. 

This place is cheap and good value. Wifi was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. 

Bathroom was in bad shape, with cigarette burns on the tub and a hole in the tub wall, but it was clean. 

There was no TV channel listing in the room, which is a pet peeve of mine. 

I stayed on the first floor, and the person above me walking around at 3 am woke me up because the floors creaked very loudly. 

Summary: probably one of the cheaper options in town. Decent value.
