We arrived, checked in and got to our room easy. But then we discovered our glass was smashed. I can't remember the room number but it was on the first floor in the back. When we entered, there was about 30 flies all flying around. Nothing else affected our stay. I might come back. Good location

It's okay

I was a little skeptical with the reviews but this place was less than half the price of the hotels 25 mins away in London, Kentucky and it exceeded all my expectations!  Staff was extremely helpful and the free hot breakfast of sausage sandwiches was great.  Being right off the highway was helpful for me as we were exploring Daniel Boone National Park and DoorDash delivers groceries and fast food to the hotel as well, I didnt use the pool but its impressive in size and the rooms were clean and we got one with a smart TV which was awesome, definitely plan to stay here again when we are in the area!

Exceeded expectations!

I feel we were totally misled when we visited this establishment.  First the sign looks suspiciously like a Hampton Inn sign.  We were at the end of a very long travel day, saw the sign, and pulled in.
We asked if there was WIFI - we were told yes.  We asked if Pizza could be delivered here, they said yes, the phone book was in the room.  So we got to our room, tried the internet - nothing.  There was no phone book.
The phone looked like it came from a surplus sale.  It was like an office phone w/multiple buttons, but all the buttons were missing.  There was no phone book.
We went to the office to ask about the WIFI and the phone book, and the missing towels in the room.  We were given a phone book to look through (there is no lobby, so this is standing outdoors under the portico.)  It felt like an imposition to get me a pen, so I could write down the number.  And the WIFI, that's spotty because of being next to the mountains.  Just keep trying.  From the window, we could see the TV in the lobby, obviously on for the desk clerk, because everything was closed up due to COVID, which I understand.
Pizza Hut DOES NOT DELIVER, so we had to go to pick it up, and while there we did some of the needed on-line research for our next day of travel.  We returned to our room with the pizza, hoping to just kick up our feet, eat, relax, and watch some TV.
However, the satellite could not acquire signal.
Nor did we ever get WIFI.  
Although the linens didn't seem fresh, we were simply too tired, so we just went to sleep.  Obviously, the establishment had WIFI signal, as they were watching in the lobby.  Seemed apparent to us that they just didn't want to pay for booster to get the signal to the rooms on the other side.
The next morning we mentioned our issues with the checkout clerk, and he didn't have the authority to reduce our bill, but he would leave word for the manager.  Credit never appeared on our bill.
From there, we went right next door to the Huddle House.  The WIFI signal was strong, and we were able to plan the day's trip easily from there.
I was extremely disappointed in the service and amenities - it the price were $30 less, I wouldn't have expected as much.  But at the price, definitely NOT worth it - we should have kept driving.

Bad choice at end of long day

The guy at the desk was the bomb. He was very courteous and helpful. The only bad thing was having to climb the stairs to the second floor. As I am semi disabled the stairs were pretty strenuous. A good place for the money.

A good solid room for the price.

I stayed at the Heritage Inn on a Sunday night and was very pleased with the value. The room was clean, the area was quiet, and I couldn't ask for more for the price. There was spotty internet connection, but there was internet and cable TV. There was cereal and yogurt and plenty of coffee for breakfast Monday morning. As Manchester is a very small town, this is the only hotel, but it is nice. The people at the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. I certainly would rather stay there than to drive 20 miles to the next town. Manchester is lucky to have ti.

Good Experience..

Very reasonable price. The lady at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good location. A continental breakfast is provided, but if you want more, there is a Huddle House next door. I was delighted to find my room included a jacuzzi! Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem, shortage of towels. Very pleased with this inn and will certainly stay here again.

Great price, friendly staff, good location

the shower was crappy.  the water wouldn't drain so we had to stand in water.  the bed was very comfy but the pillows were flat as pancakes.  I called front desk around 9pm to get an extra blanket and she said they don't have any until housekeeping came in the next morning.  things could be better at this hotel but I guess ok.  the tv was very small and should be updated.

inexpensive but you get what you pay for

No toilet paper and they couldn’t find any called management and they ended up getting some from another room Coffee pot had not been  cleaned for months had mold growing on the inside of it Not a very clean place

Worst motel

There is no one who can help you and you can't  talk to a manager , they can call one and talk themselves but not you ..and main problem was no towels or washcloths ..have to wait for someone to turn them in and she will wash them..are you serious!  Cancel us our rooms were not used said you would have to pay  , sat on ege of bed while waiting than see that air is not working properly and also no TV , oh it just went out ...sure !!! This is my personal opinion  ,I have never given a bad review to any business but this is something that needs said and addressed by this company ASP...
